B-W could salve their wounds from the ONU loss by beating the Blue Streaks and keeping them out of an opportunity to get into the post season.  I would be pushing this big time if I were a BW guy. Personally, I would prefer to see two OAC squads in the post season if possible.

And is there a world that you could ever support BW over JCU?? I mean, I know we can be annoying, but at least we have some credence to back up our trash talking... That and we're much more pleasant people than those people from Berea...

Nope...JCU all the way.  The flaming pile gets no support down this way.  Get the win & hope the cards fall enough your way to get into the postseason.  Just do us all a favor and don't crap down your leg like last year.  That was not pretty.

I kind of see it like choosing between hemorrhoids and a pain in the arse but oh well. I guess JCU gets the edge because of their colors and I did meet a streak fan once that i didn't totally dislike.

If JCU wins I think they will make the field but go into bracket  with UWW. Hope they dont go in bracket with Mount because I dont like the idea of playing them again. If they lose and I think they will lose then no 2nd team from OAC gets in .

Well, someone has to decide which of those teams is out if JCU is in. And all those teams have better criteria than JCU. In the mock bracket, JCU won't even be considered since NCC is ahead of them and are the last pick. So JCU, if this plays out this way (which is pretty likely), most decidedly won't be in and won't even be at the table.

Blue Streaks definitely get my vote here.

Well, someone has to decide which of those teams is out if JCU is in. And all those teams have better criteria than JCU. In the mock bracket, JCU won't even be considered since NCC is ahead of them and are the last pick. Our only potential saving grace is that we'd be 1-1 vs. RRO (BW luckily stayed ranked this week) and NCC does not have any wins against RRO. Also, our SOS will go up playing BW, but NCC's will be dropping..

It is unfortunate that it looks like it'll be one or the other, since our dad (our being myself and BlueStreaks66) played at North Central, and we obviously took our talents to Ohio... The three of us have been hoping for an eventual match-up, but looks like we'll have to wait another year..

Oh well, here's hoping that someone else loses so both JCU and NCC can get in!

Revised... NCC DOES have a RRO win, with Wash U

As I understand it, NCC loses that RRO with WashU as the committee considers this weeks RR and the final, secret RR in their rankings, dropping the first week. So it's not quite "once ranked always ranked" but some hybrid of it.

Regardless, JCU's chances are grim because they will be 1-1 RRO (with a win Sat) and a higher SOS than NCC. that hasn't mattered to this point and NCC is ranked above Hope and Aurorora, despite a lower SOS and JCU is ranked behind Hope so it seems the North RAC is seeing between the lines here on NCC v JCU.
