I have not been around, obviously, in over 500 days so I need a recap on what I've missed here... skunkssidekick?  Hscoach?  Kira?

My brother!  Great timing as I haven't been here much until recently.  How's the fam?  Wife had a horrific (in my mind) accident riding bikes on the towpath trail.  70 stitches on/around her face & mouth and a broken kneecap.  She is recovering well and bike riding is off the leisure exercise list.  she can walk/hike with me.  Jr. just moved to downtown Cleveland and has been doing well with his career to date.  Skunk is still hanging around & on a rare occasion still gives me some insight into what is up with Mount.  A little tidbit....they just might feel a bit highly about the current QB under center.  And I am talking about crazy highly (dare I say Borchert).  I am efforting a move south (ongoing for the last few years) but to date I am still in the HOF city.  Reach out if you are coming to town.

After Saturday in Athens I believe if you brought Mt. Union down there to play you would have a good chance of a D3 school defeating a FBS school. Duquesne doesn't have one player who could start for Mt. and they dominated Ohio.

Apropos of nothing really, but CWRU has two starters who transferred from Duquesne in 2020.

Great to "see" you, Skunkssidekick. 

I'm sorry to hear about her injuries.. bikes are very dangerous - here in Boston, I only ride on the paths in the park and with a helmet.  What is Jr doing these days??  Man, the years have flown by - I remember having Pancho's with you guys in 2011, I think?  That may have been the Wesley demolition..

You're going to love the south  - keep me apprised of your whereabouts. I'm still selling hopes, dreams and illusions out of Boston.   As you know, I do travel frequently for my paying gig.. and I'm getting ready to start back up after 570 days.  Would love to see you in Cleveland, Canton or the south.  I have a few families I see in the Cleveland area and you don't have to talk me into flying to warmer weather - the Boston winters are awful, like Northeast Ohio but add to that the Nor'easters. 

Where are all the posters?  Can we sound off?  I stay in touch with a few guys on FB.  Has 4u or doeder ever come back??

Great to hear from long time OAC posters. A few comments after watching Mount against Westminster.

- QB Plunk is the real deal and IMHO has the potential to be a great one at Mount.

- The WR's are very good along with more active TE's in awhile.

- The Defense has an aggressiveness this year after only one game, New DC will get them going.

- The running has some quick new faces that will improve as the season progresses.

- BW is will be  a hard hitting game which it usually is. a spot of 32.5 per mr. mom may be too heavy since BW
   has scored well in the first two games.

- For 2021, Wheaton and UWW may pose the biggest tests for the Raiders.

- Playing in Canton in December is a must. Think of all the Mount fans that will come.

Family and I are plugging along in Florida.

I changed schools (teaching and coaching) last January.  We've had a tough start to our season 0-3, but are playing my former team tomorrow, so hopefully can get off the snide.

Kids are now both in college (FGCU) and that campus is like a resort.  All dorms have singe bedrooms with suite dorms. They have a resort style pool and a beach on a private lake.  I don't think I'd get any work done if I went there.

Looking forward to MTU beating BW this Saturday.

Kids are now both in college (FGCU) and that campus is like a resort.  All dorms have singe bedrooms with suite dorms. They have a resort style pool and a beach on a private lake.  I don't think I'd get any work done if I went there.

Looking forward to MTU beating BW this Saturday.

Saw that the last time BW beat Mount I couldn't even drive.  I'm in my 40's.  Beating them will never get old.  I hope Plunk throws for 500 yds Saturday.

Just logged in for the first time in a long time.  I am afraid that after 15 years in the desert southwest I feel pretty disconnected from my d3 roots.  Just been busy with teaching/coaching and my kids.
