Josh Petruccelli is a good punter, and obviously much more of a threat to run with the ball.  I'm puzzled as to why Piccirillo got his job back.  But then I'm not the coach and I don't see them everyday in practice.

Bored today so I went through the MTU Two Deep and tried to determine how many Super Seniors are listed.  I went through and clicked on their Entry in the Roster and checked their History to see when they started playing.

RG 79  Jonathan Biono
RB   2  Josh Petruccelli
WR 19 Jaden Manley
WR  1   Ulice Gilard
WR  0   Derick Harvey
DT  99  Jacob Scott
LB  32  Kordell Ford
DB  11 Jalen Griffin

It's an interesting choice based on how much Private Education costs these days.

(Or both.)

Eddie (if I may call you that)

Your post touched me deeply. To think that you would do that for an old man who has probably out-lived his usefulness is beyond comprehension!
I was so moved after reading that I put on my freshly washed Mount Union pajamas, grabbed one of my 13 National Championship steins and poured a bottle of Purple Raider Light Lager. (I think it has different names in other areas of the country). I turned on my Raider helmet light and read the new book by Harry Paidas titled, "Make The Echoes Roll", a history of the school from 1996 on. This while watching the 1997 Stagg Bowl (Mount Union 61, Lycoming 12) on the home movie system.
I love being a Mount alumnus, even an old one.
Go Raiders! Let's go to The Hall of Fame.

P.S. I really loved that sled. It would give me a chance to show my Raider pride.  8-)  ;D
I'm old! I get mixed up and I forget things! Go Everybody! 🏈 ☠

What a grand way to spend the evening!  +K

This Mount offense isn't nearly as good as 2019.  If Usee's assessment of NCC is accurate they win comfortably.  Especially with the weather forecast of rain and 20-30 mph winds.  Plunk doesn't have Ballard's gun to cut thru it and the Mount run game is average at best.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Well, we might just as well stay home and watch Army-Navy.

I was just wondering where my man HScoach was. He is back for a cameo.  Miss the good ole days with you and Ric.

A HScoach sighting in the wild. And just like that, he was gone.

Maybe not Ballard's arm but Plunk throws a laser beam. I've been impressed with his arm strength all season and in the spring. On the winning TD Plunk was rolling right and had to throw across his body to thread the ball to his receiver, I was impressed by his arm strength.

Feed Petro Early and Often. The more touches he gets, the better he runs.

I think the key to beating NCC is running the ball. They are good but not dominant in that area in my opinion. If they lose one of these next two games it will be because someone figured out how to run the ball against them.

2 to 3 score difference is what I'm expecting too.  Not saying Mount can't win, but it would be a shock.
