JCU should move (way?) up in the polls after the UWW beatdown of St Johns, right?
I was just about to post about that lol. UWW's result today really makes me feel much better about that loss last week

there's easily a half dozen or so teams above JCU that nearly every team in the country would rather play than the Blue Streaks

JCU moved up on the poll this week. I know some people will complain that umhb is still ranked, but I could see them make some noise in the playoffs if they win their conference.  They still have tons of talent and a staff that will get them improving weekly. You can't tell me that Ithaca, Alma, Susquehanna, Del Valley or Muhlenberg would hang with them!

If you were to believe all the moaning on the ASC board you would think that Hiram could hang with them.

the race for OAC #2 (and maybe #3) looks to be decided in the next couple of weeks

JCU has @BW (9/16) and @Heidy (9/23)

Heidy has @ONU (9/16) and JCU (9/23)

BW has JCU (9/16)

once those chips fall, we'll see if there is a top 10 national game in November (Mount-JCU) or if that Heidy-JCU game is a top 25 kind of match, or does BW play spoiler to everyone

JT2

This aging Rowan (Glassboro State) alum has recently left NJ for the friendly confines of the Cincinnati-Dayton area. I'm thinking I might catch Mount on the road at Wilmington.

I literally cannot think of anything worse.

Fortunately, BW has a rare talent of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory (see their last two season finales ;D)

it seems about time that BW reverts to the mediorce 6-4 record that they loved to boast about for decades

I'm back everyone.... I saw the nice string of insults to that school in Berea and had to jump in.. :)

I thought it was both proven and fact based that they were arguably the most successful team in the OAC?? Or did they take that pile of trash off of their website?

Generally not in the business of complimenting UWW on anything, but the jerseys they were wearing against SJU were straight fire. Great look IMO.

JT2....please go see the Purple Raiders. It's small college football at it's best. There are a couple really great players on Mount Union's team, alone worth the trip to the stadium. Perhaps you will catch a glimpse of Larry Kehres, only the most successful college football coach in the history of the United States. This is a National Championship caliber team. They throw the hell out of the ball and are explosive. Fun. Especially if you're purple.

I'm well aware of Mount Union. I've met Larry Kehres. Wilmington is not far from my home now. I have the date circled in pencil right now.
