I was told by a freshman Mount player this morning there was a scrimmage at 10 at home. He said it would go on "all day", in one form or another. I'm anxious to see the return of Neil Boudrou (sp). The first JV game I saw him play I said he was the second coming of The Great Number 7, Bill Borchert.

Anyone go or have news from the W&J practice/ scrimmage?

Well then, that makes the 140+ freshmen list a lot more manageable.  ;D

Dr. Acula,

The Freshman home state number that is a surprise is Texas with 10, The potential impact
of UMHB leaving D3 could be a factor?

Interesting that the PA number isn't higher, PA is closer to Alliance than like 2/3 of Ohio

Dr. Acula

^^^ for sure.  There was a time in the LK era where the entire roster was pretty much OH/western PA kids.  The internet, social media, etc. changed things for both coaches and recruits though.  I like seeing kids from many states personally.

Wouldn't that attract more kids to UMHB if they thought UMHB might move to a scholarship division?

FR RB Kayden Davis listed at 5-11 225 lbs has to be one of the biggest Mount RB in a long time.  Probably wont be throwing it three times from inside the 3 yard line this year

Also, Ray Williams is back listed on the roster.  I could have sworn he was transferring in the spring/summer
