A lot to work on in the bye week so far.  I do love the return of a dual threat QB though.  It's so difficult to defend an athlete like that at QB.

The cheap shots from Ferrum need to responded to. Run. It. Up.

Quote from: Desertraider on September 07, 2024, 02:00:59 PMThe Ferrum announcers are Homer and Cleatus. They kept talking about a holding call and how obvious it was and it wasnt even a holding call. It was a facemask.

Oh and WILLIAMS CANT RUN INSIDE!! he doesnt read the cut.

Please, our offensive coordinator is smarter than everyone and knows best. Like handing off to a clearly injured running back on fourth down during a playoff game when healthy options are on the sidelines...

Only have seen a couple WR bubble screens so far though, he's getting real deep into the playbook

Did the officials say the half was over even though there was still time on the scoreboard clock?  The official game clock is kept by an official on the field (at least it was when I was a scoreboard operator at Mount) but I've never seen them overrule the time.  Dartt was pissed off so I'm assuming that's what happened there.

Same vanilla offense Dartt has run from the get go.
Like the old saying goes:
"If it's broke, why fix it?"
or something like that.

Entirely possible. I couldn't tell with Ferrum's Finest on the call. They were clearly not aware of the new college 2 minute timeout, as they claimed an unnamed team called time with two minutes left to "think about" their play call. Still waiting to hear who it was...

Rossy Moore is back for Q3.  Can they overturn targeting at halftime?

According to D3 football on Twitter, officials can overturn it at halftime. Glad they did bc that was ridiculous.

OAC playing good football this week! Everyone but JCU and Wilmington won, playing well or winning big!

Raiders on cruise control now great to see some of the backups in the game to get some valuable gametime experience.
