BURY ROCKY PENTELLO!!!!!!!!

The real question is wiith all this love between b4 and hscoach, will jealousy rear its ugly head in ric.  He can't be too happy that someone's moving in on his buddy.   :D

That's pretty funny, but anyone that has ever met me knows there's plenty of me to go around.  With extra emphasis on round.............

Moe45:  Are you making the trek to Alliance saturday?
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

skunks_sidekick

String theory?  Is this related somehow to a string bikini, and if so, PLEASE tell me we are talking about attractive FEMALE co-eds on a beach, and NOT B4 or HSC??????  :o ;D

Moe - if Mount plays D like they did the first time they played CAP, you should get your wish granted.  Pentello took some serious hits in game #1.  I look for similar pressure (if not more) in game #2.

rp

Hey Moe, did Pentello steal your girlfriend?  What gives on such the dislike?

Purple: 2000 Offense the best?  Didn't Borchet pass for 70 touchdowns and 1 INT his senior year in '97?

That '97 teams was sick!

I have to agree, the 1997 team was awesome.  Lycoming did not have a chance.  Which has me wondering about Delaware Valley (same conference).  I don't think it is a very good conference.  DelVal was horrible just a few years ago.   Don't know if they can beat Rowan.  I am pulling for Mount and DelVal.  Would be the first time ever that Mount would play within 1 hour of my house.  I will be following the scores closely on Saturday.

Maybe see you in Doylestown!

Borchert actually threw 63 Touchdowns in '97.  He also totaled 192 Touchdowns in his career.  If you add in his rushing scores he accounted for over 200 TD's.  Unfortunately the NCAA did not recognize his playoff stats as part of his career totals like they do now.  Regardless, Borchert accounted for over 200 touchdowns while wearing a Mount jersey and that fact makes him the most statistically proficient quarterback in the history of college football at any level.

hscoach-I will be in Alliance Sat. with my father and another former player from ONU.

Kirasdad and rp-I don't mind him as a person because I really don't know him.  All I know is that they beat us during the regular season and he was a big part of why (Duh he is the QB). So I wouldn't mind seeing him pounded on a little in the game. Nothing illegal and nothing meant to hurt him, just some good ole shots on the QB.

I can't believe I am going to write this but......

GO MOUNT!

moe,

As a competitor once you are beat, shouldn't you want to be beat by the best? With that in mind it would make sense to root for Capital as they beat you? If you got beat by a team that wasn't the best and beat a team that ended up being the best, what does that say about you and the Polar Bears? Underachievers, perhaps.

Feels good to contribute to the end of the Lovefest.

As a competitor I am also pretty fond of revenge. If the only way for me to get revenge on Cap is to have Mount (a team we beat) beat them that that is what I want.  I wouldn't say that we underachieved because I would say that the top three teams in the OAC could pretty much be swapped out in the Tourney and you would get the same results, an all-oac regional final contest.
Plus there is that "small" rivalry thing between Cap and ONU and I would have a hard time rooting for them anyway, especially against another OAC team.
Your point is well taken though and follows pretty good logic.

You just had to be polite and reasonable in your rebuke.  Will this Lovefest never end?

Since you all are concerned, I'm not moving in on Ric's property. Long distance relationships never work. Besides, I tried to get a date with HS last year and he shot me down! :P
