Rock Hill is where I call home.  Although I find myself at Hooters quite a bit even though for some reason I can't stand Hooters girls.  I think I go because the guys I go with confuse the playful flirting for interest.  I on the other hand am more reformed.  I only confuse the playful flirting of strippers for interest, not Hooters girls.

On a side note its hard to go to a drinking establishment in Rock Hill without runing into an NFL player.  Last week it was Chris Hope of the Titans.  Last night it was Joseph.  I figure in the next few weeks I may be running into Ben Watson or Ko SImpson.  I already coached against former Browns, Bengals and Chargers LB Gerald Dixon.

I knew that article would get posted here today it was just a question of who would be the first to the board...

I just thank god that there isn't a school in the OAC with a Grizzly as a mascot or there'd be even more garbage going around regarding this article.

CUfan,
If you go the the Bengals website, Lewis Howes is not listed as a rookie in camp. It would be nice if he was though.

frank uible

The NFL teams do not necessarily keep their websites up to date. At any rate Howes may have come and gone.

Pat Coleman

Agreed. The guys in minicamp on a tryout basis are usually not listed on the roster. They are on a separate level from the rookie free agents who signed contracts.

Early predictions

1.  MU-50 straight titles
2.  Cu-defense will be incredible, offense has to replace some key players but Rocky will have his best year
3.  ONU-Kmic is outstanding, has to replace great players/leaders on D
4.  Otters- this kills me BUT key players back on offense
5.  JCU-probaly deserves better
6.  ETTA-best of the rest
7.  BW-how the mighty have fallen
8.  Muskies-no identity on offense
9.  Quakers-Wilmington 10 Berg 7
10. Berg-no signs of improvement

Thanks for the update pat. I really wasn't sure how it worked. I just looked on the website.

I can't believe the Bengals cut Krenzel and Hamby. No love for the Buckeyes!

While you put in a good effort, your ONU review lacked a little.  You have already been corrected on the RB thing but the biggest question is not leaders on D, they'll have them in Trusnik and Alexander.  It's the OL that needs the most help being that they're very young.

4-7 are too close to call in my opinion at this point in time.  The given is that the top and bottom three are easy to pick and the middle gets hairy.
