Please explain what you mean by him being a product of Mount Union.  I apologize if I'm missing the connection.

I'll take a shot at it:

Enterprise is a graduate of Mount Union and Enterprise was Steve Smith's HS Football coach and coaches the "Mount Union Way".  Thus, Steve Smith is a "Product" of Mount Union.
National Champions - 13: 1993, 1996, 1997, 1998, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2012, 2015, 2017

Kirasdad-
You got that right on.I predict Senior.
Steve Smith of USC to have a super 2006 season and I  also predict he will be the next Hines Ward of The Pittsburgh Steelers in the NFL.Why you may ask? Because he catches almost every ball thrown his way be it a 5 yarder 20 or 50 yarder. Not big,not super fast, just an excellent wide receiver.
Buckeyes are recruiting his little brother malcolm Smith a 6:2 220 lb running back.He has over 50 written offers including PennState,USC ,Notre Dame,Michigan,AND I,am trying to convince him to become a Buckeye. The Smith men are both Purple Raider fans.

In that case, ONU is a double product of Mount Union since Henry Solomon Lehr decided to metriculate there and Dean Paul played there.  Maybe we can turn this into six degrees of Kevin Bacon Mount Union.

OK Seventies.

I think if you just don't comment ever again, we might be able to keep you where you are.  It's your call.

Doesn't look like that will work as I'm still getting smacked every 18 hours whether I post or not. Sure wish we could go back to stars for each post rather than this personal grading thing.

At least we've got most everybody on this board back in real numbers.  (Skunks-Sidekick may take a few more months) ::)

Thanks to all who got me back to zero (and beyond for a few minutes).
Same as it ever was...same as it ever was...same as it ever was...

Lindy's preseason poll has MUC #1, Cap #5 and ONU #10.

I'll second that!  Oh, too late.  Never mind.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

According to the purple recuiting page, kuhn is going to Mt.  When i first posted this inform from the local paper a lot of you jumped on this inform. as not accurate and he has too many other options.  Well, granted he is a great football player but his size and speed are not d1 or 2 first string.  he wants to play offense.  Mt gives him that opportunity.  he wants to play in the pros, Mt. still gives him a shot .   The big reason he choose Mt. in my opinion, was its FREE and he gets  a quality education.  He could also make a name for himself with his football talent.  As a walk on in a larger program, you all know his chances are diminished.

Where do you find the Purple recruiting page ??

Pat Coleman

He might be talking about our blog, which has a recent headline about Purple and Recruiting.

When Kuhn played in the "Big 33" his college choice was listed as West Virginia.     Has he changed his mind?

;)  Happy Summer to all you wild and wacky OAC ers!

My summer has been filled with my daughter's graduation (she is continuing her education at OU), and little league baseball.  My 10 year old is on the North Canton All-Star team, and district play starts this week.  Man what it costs to have a kid play all-star baseball!!!!   :o

70's - ever since I called out the Bashniks "wonderful" coach I think I am on someone's negative kharma hit parade.  Ah well........such is life in the PP world.

Football is creeping closer and closer.  Skunk just hit me up for my $$ for our season tickets.  With the 10 year old playing Peewee football on Saturday's at 1 PM, I don't know how many games I will get in.  The good news is that the most important home games are later in the year.
