For those wanting to take a look at CAPITAL the week before the homecoming game at MOUNT UNION:

SPORTS TIME OHIO will be carrying the OTTERBEIN/CAPITAL game on replay at 9PM on Saturday and 6:30 on Sunday.

BW will be featured against OHIO NORTHERN and OTTERBEIN on the following 2 weekends on STO (Cleveland Indians channel).

Will the MUC & Cap game be televised at all??  I believe the playoff game was televised, but I cannot remember the station??

What does STO show when the games are actually being played?  Ca't imagine that they have a real strong line-up.

OK I'll join the list of poster with useless (fun) information/comparisons.  Mount Union YTD is averaging 40.3 points per game ...................................................................................................................in the first half only!.  If you ignored their second half scoring they would be third in the country in scoring in 24 minutes versus everyone elses full game scoring.

Ok here is another one MUC averages giving up 29 inches per rushing attempt.

Who at BW angered the OAC schedule makers?

3 of their last four games are vs. MUC, ONU and Capital.  At least they get them all at home!

But how many centimeters???

In other news, I just read on the d3football.com notables page that Heidelberg has already announced that head coach Brian Cochran will not have contract renewed at the end of the season.  I wish for his sake that he would have had more luck in trying to make the Student Princes more respectable (well as respectable as a Student Prince can be).

OK guys, now that we're just past midfield with this season, and with some really crucial games for most of the highly ranked teams, let do an off-the-cuff prediction on the FINAL FOUR, (assuming you must pick a team from each region) Think it would be interesting to see how close we call them before the playoff selections are made at the end of the season, and at that point see if we still hold true to our picks.
here goes:
WEST REGION - ST JOHN'S (would have U-WW here, but without Beaver its hard to place them to take the west, hope i'm wrong, but like the Johnnies too)
NORTH REGION- MOUNT UNION (nuf said)
SOUTH REGION- MARY HARDIN BAYLOR- (the young team MOUNT played in 2004 has matured now, seems the Cru is for real)
EAST REGION- ST JOHN FISHER (Wesley's O could carry them, but think SJF is prime this year)

Mount is giving up an average of 6.5 yards per punt return on all FOUR punts. ;D

Wait a sec - MUC is so pathetic that opponents have only punted FOUR times all year?!

How have they ever won a game? ;D ;)

Wizardman

I don't get STO in my dorm. :(
Good chance I'll be at the BW-MUC game, so I'll definitely have stuff to say about that. Hopefully the injury to BW's QB was hearsay, as I see nothing that notes he won't start. BW's strength is their running game anyway (and punting :P. Seriously, they have an awesome punter)

To the MUC punt thing: I think they meant MUC punted 4 times. Either that or they're that good at INT's.

Mr. Ypsi

When I took a closer look I saw it was per punt RETURN (therefore, punts they did).
