Don't care for the John Carroll radio too much. Good on the radio side, not good on the football side, they just kinda talk about JC and how their secondary is good.
I think it's 7-0 JC but i can't confirm that.
BW-ONU is starting back up? wow, with this weather this'll be an interesting game.

I spoke WAY too early about the "no penalties."

Final 38-12 Mt. over Cap.
Garson TD pass
Cap negative rushing yds  -31
6 sacks of Rocky  220 yds passing
Kemic over 200 yds rushing
Stickly outstanding
MT Defense is for real

Cap had no answer for our running game...Stickley is a monster...Mount's D is a bear...Garcon will QB next year...refs need to evaluate their performance from today(D-...that could be an F but they did show up).

Before being QB next year, look for Slash to throw TD pass to Jorris this year.  :)

OK Guys,Lets have an other vote on Jorris and Rockey Stop!!!!!

BW won 13-7, yay. BW got a crucial INT with roughly a minute left to seal the deal.

Watching in the concession stand > Watching in the stands, becuas eit was warm.

Since we were coming up with Capital slogans earlier, how's this one:

"raider4505...Finding a way to misspell any word."

Much of what I expected at the game today.  Enjoy this one, Raider fans...because next week you're getting hit by a freight train in John Carroll.   :)

LOL, gotta love the rivalry, but I don't think Kmic is even warmed up yet, and if Garcone starts throwing the ball, you might need to watch out for our 787 Air Attack! Should be a fun one!

I'm sure Pentello won "the stats"; but, my vote would  be for the game winner - Jorris.  Each year a few QB's are lauded as being better than Mount's QB's.  If those opposing QB's had confidence in their abilities and wanted passionately to be Stagg Bowl champions they could give themselves a better chance of success by attending Mount Union College.  Had Pentello done that he would have two Stagg Bowl Rings already - not necessarily as the starter though.

I don't know about that, but much of today looked like a "Silver Bullet" Coors commercial :D

Thanks toph I guess the freight is your center?    Mt. may see Cap.again just like last year.   Weather was   bad esp. the wind and I think the temp. dropped about 50 degrees.  Mt. defense was too quick for Cap.  Also I think the officials were making  really bad calls.  Late flags being thrown by refs not even near the play.   I will know more when I watch the TV replay.  I was impressed with Caps. tight end.  The kid has good hands and he runs good routes.   Garcon's pass looked like he could play QB.  A new wrinkle for defenses to deal with.  Mt. wore white pants , black jerseys and purple helmets.  Never saw that combo before.  The Rocky horror picture show continues for Pentello against Mt.   Cap had alot of missed tackles on Kmic and he just flat ran through guys.   Cap better draft some running backs for next year or things could get ugly in a hurry.  All in all I thought Cap. had a better balanced team last year.

I know its getting to be old hat here but the officiating at today's game was something i would expect to find at some bush league scrum in the Louisiana Bayou or maybe a training camp workshop for wanna-be Zebras. Between the totally blown calls and totally missed calls, the only thing that was worse was mother nature playing some havoc on the game, and with 30+ mph winds she still didnt blow as bad as some of thses calls! I've bit my tongue long enough, as i know its not an easy task at all to be an official, but i would hope and pray that as the playoffs come closer there's some serious evaluating being done as to which guys in stripes will be between the end zones and the sidelines, maybe that's wishful thinking seeing that the NCAA usually views DivIII has...well....not on the radar!
