Kira & Jaxon's Dad

I was looking through pictures of the Capp/Witt game on D3Football.com and noticed that Rocky doesn't have any "Award" stickers on his helmet, while others on the offense do.  Is that some sort of statement he is making?

Maybe he gives his stickers to his O-Line & Receivers...Or, maybe he ran out of room??

How could he have run out of room if his helmet was blank?

Maybe the AARP has some rule against putting stickers on the helmet in case of emergencies?  ;)

If I recall correctly, MUC's Adam Marino would give his helmet performance/award stickers to either (A) the kids in the school where he was student teaching, or (B) to kids in some community organization in which he was a part, and did volunteer work.  Could be either/or/both.  He was a Gagliardi finalist, I believe.

Maybe he got a new one??

Maybe the new helmet is for good luck for a 2006 Playoff Run??

70's

you goin to new philly to watch mogadore play in state semi's

Not sure I can stand to be on the sidelines tonight with the other non-football coaches. I'll try to sit with my wife but will probably end up in the booth with the film crew. I really wish Raider66 was still around for this one. He loved our football teams. This should be smashmouth football at it's finest. Talk about your origins of football, two little towns of less than 4,000 out to watch their kids fight it out in the state semi's.
Same as it ever was...same as it ever was...same as it ever was...

How many more guesses does Crusader get? LOL

Wow, that was just so hard for you to resist, wasn't it??  I am taking one game at a time, and hoping we can get past NCC tomorrow.  I think this game will be a classic, and will come down to who has the ball last in the 4th quarter.  Can our defense stop NCC's Offense??  Can NCC's defense stop Cap's Offense??  I think our Offense is more explosive, but I worry more about our defense than anything else!!

I don't know Pierre's 40 time but for reference sake he's the guy that kept running by (and over) Stanley in last year's Stagg bowl.

______________

Um.... care to explain this?  Hence Stanly is a receiver too, pretty sure they were never on the field at the same time.

Speed wise I'd have to think Stanley is faster in the 40 by a hair or two.  4.26 is pretty ridiculous.  In the 100 meter on a track, I'd take Garcon.

I would think Stanley has a better shot to play football at the next level, I think his overall athleticism is a little better.

What events did Garcon do in track besides the 100?

You did leave yourself wide open on that one.

To clarify a few things, Stanley did split time WR/DB his freshman and sophmore year.  He also played some DB against Linfield in last years playoffs for us.  However, I am almost positive he never lined up on D during the Stagg Bowl last year.

Also, I'm not trying to start an argument over who's better.  I'm pretty sure both sides would take the kid that's playin for them.  I knew about Garcon's track speed, and was just curious to what that translated to in a 40 time if anyone knew it.
