Calling for 56, partly cloudy and 10% chance of rain on Saturday. Scattered showers Wednesday and Thursday. That's pretty nice weather considering what we've had in Roanoke/Salem the last few trips.
70's, you and Kevin coming down on Friday or Saturday?  I am bringing breakfast for anyone who comes and helps Llamaguy and Skoal set up the chicken etc. Sat. am.  Cheddar cheese bread ring, provolone bread ring, cream cheese cherry ring, puff pastry (cherry / apple), assorted muffins, chicken salad and crackers.  And the best part?  NO PILES of snow although I think Kevin really liked the snow piles last year.  Some of us are coming in on Friday and heading to the Corned Beef and Co in Roanoke.  I have no idea where it is, but Roanoke is only so big.  I will find it.

Skunks_sidekick, Theaprof, same question?  Same breakfast menu.  You will notice no beverage.  I don't do coffee.  I figure everybody will have their own favorite flavored beverage anyway.   Where are you all staying?  We're at the Quality inn in Salem, about 5 minutes from the stadium, very convenient, inexpensive.  I like the fancy hotels over in Roanoke on Hershberger Road too, but as I'm making brownies, (Theaprof--I expect you to step and get some this year.  Don't just help carry!!), I can't afford to stay there. ;D ;D ;D  Looking forward to renewing friendships this weekend.  Llama is doubling the amount of chicken he's making.  But he still won't be able to do the "loaves and fishes" routine.  I think that was a one time deal.  :) ;) :D ;D

AN ALL PURPLE STAGG BOWL--3 yrs straight:  last 2:   MUC  vs  WW;  yr before:  LC  vs UMHB;  PURPLE !!PURPLE!!  PURPLE!!
Brownies for Film Day--Now there's a Slogan I can live with!!!:)  Go EAGLES!

If 9 in the box held him to 370+ yards, just imagine if SJF had respected the passing game.  It surely gave UWW something to think about this week!

Our line was smaller than your huge guys up front. Not sure what UWW looks like on their defensive front.

On the last touchdown drive, was there anyone east of the Mississippi who didn't know that Kmic was going to get the ball on every down? It made no difference.

70's, that was funny!  ;D
Though, us west of the Mississppi knew about it too!

You ran the same play all the way down the field - a trap on the right side off the guard - shame on us for not stopping it!!!

Is Beaver and Rueland playing this weekend? Anyone know? The depth chart on the official UWW football page has neither listed on first or second team on a depth chart file dated 12/11/06.

As far as I'm concerned in the Capital, St. John Fisher debate, I think Capital would win.  They have a much more explosive offense and were able to slow Mount's run better than Fisher did.  Fisher was real good, don't get me wrong.  The second best team Mount has played IMO, but when you run 16 plays in the fourth quarter and all are runs by the same game and he isn't stopped that's a problem.

Rueland has been out since the UMHB game and I haven't heard he would be back. Its the Stagg Bowl and stranger things have happened. ;)

I believe Reuland broke his ankle against UMHB. I wouldn't expect to see him.
