I don't recall anybody from TCNJ posting anything about how great their team or defense is. The NCAA rankings are there should you wish to draw your own conclusions and project them upon opponents MUC has already vanquished.

Truth be told, you're playing a team picked to finish next to last in the NJAC when the season started. If you want to make this up to be a battle of the "great defense" vs. "team of destiny", so be it. TCNJ already accomplished more goals than anybody thought they could. Wins over Cortland, Rowan and Montclair - an NJAC championship and an NCAA playoff win... call it what you want, for TCNJ it's just another game and an opportunity to test themselves against the best. The TCNJ athletic department has 38 national championship trophies and I doubt #39 will come in football - but don't let anyone stop you from making this game out to be a bigger challenge than it is.

There's a more accurate statement about this week.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone, especialy the players that can't get home. If I had a way, I'd cook the turkey for every one of you. Looks like TCNJ is bringing a big, bad defense this week, which could give us a test. Last week it was a big, bad offense that gave us a test. I think the Raiders can pass the test again, even though we do play in a powder puff conference. SJF keeps telling us they are coming, but they have to pass the test as well and they play in a reaaaaaaally tough conference. I hope they look far ahead of us, especially since we play in the powder puff conference and are not a threat anymore. See you all at the game, should be lots of parking spaces since school is on break and I don't see TCNJ bringing too many fans. Maybe they will and I will be surprised.

Calm down tiger, only one Fisher poster (who just started posting when the playoffs started) has been making those claims, all of the regulars haven't made outlandish remarks about the OAC because we all know how strong of a conference it is.  I especially like how you turn around and make fun of the E8 though, really shows that you are above the needless slandering towards a conference, which you so clearly mock.  Just as the OAC is a strong conference, so is the Empire 8.

starting to think my computer is broken with so few posts GO MUC

Nah, we're all just recovering from eating too much.

Plus it's kind of boring without the E-8 guys running their yaps.  But that will be back next week.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

TCNJ fans are not much fun at all...boring!!!

Zing!

I guess a few bad apples have spoiled the bunch in the eyes of OAC posters.

i believe I'd rather have guys running their mouths about how MUC has never seen a team like ours before , rather then no posts at all. Sad for a team that has earned the sweet sixteen to have apparently very little following ( at least on D3)

I don't think anyone has said "MUC hasn't seen a team like ours before" ... Seems like many of you folks are simply looking for things to get riled up about.

I'm not sure what TCNJ is bringing to the table, hopefully they will make a game out of it.

In the past many have said "you haven't seen........... this week nothing

Actually tags, if I had a dollar for every time a playoff team has said that since this site began I'd have a car payment.  Don't seem to hear it as much anymore but there for a while it was once or twice a year in the playoffs at least.

Even when we sucked at football we had more support than I'm seeing anywhere for TCNJ. I can't even find a decent newspaper or TV article about them. I hope for their team that we see a better representation in the stands than on D3. I never thought I'd miss Wabash and Wheaton, but........
Same as it ever was...same as it ever was...same as it ever was...

Somebody has to do it....

I'll be the official TCNJ fan for the game tomorrow (it's only 9:30 PM PST) since nobody else wants to do it.

I am cheering for TCNJ to beat the Pick-ems spread (+41.5) against the Raiders.  I pick TCNJ.  Boys, don't let me down.   ;D

RUNYR, you guys fro the east are all the same !....you don't know what you're talking about, tcnj can't possibly cover the spread..
Thanks for playing along. Really though, it sounds as TCNJ defense might be thr real deal. hopefully MUC makes it by them cuz I already bought tics to fly to Alliance for next weeks game
