I have been down to the past 2 Stagg's and all I can say is that the Salem folks are the best. They seem to love Mount Union and they are just very nice people. And with this matchup they are realllllllllly starting to like purple  ;D

I know the Delta faithful (Kmic's family and friends) bought 40 tickets last year... I hope they bring 80 this year!!!!

You can always buy tickets straight from the Stagg Bowl website.  Just tell them which team you're with.

Also, the only game that was standing-room-only was the Bridgewater game.  Which was the only Stagg where the opponent had more fans than MUC.  That was also the only night game which coincided with an absolutely beautiful day.   All those factors played into the attendance being higher than normal.  Especially a local team making the Stagg.

All other games had plenty of seats available at the gate.

I also wouldn't expect Whitewater to travel as well as either of the previous two games.  Their first trip was obviously the most special, but probably caught some fans by surprise.  Their 2nd trip was the most anticipated because they knew that they'd be back and figured they should win based on the first MUC/UWW game.  Couple that with Berezowitz's retirement and you have the recipe for a good UWW turnout in '06.  This season?  Not so much.

I find easily offended people rather offensive!

I can't find a seating chart for the football stadium.  Anyone know where section C is?  If A is an endzon, I'm guessing around the 20 or so?

Also, hscoach said something to me earlier that often MUC is often on the visitor side because of where the cameras are set up for the game.  ESPN would rather show a full set of stands in the background and knows how well Mount travels for the Stagg.  My hunch is that we were the "home" team in terms of seating for the Bridgewater game?

Section C is the center section on the East side.  East side sections are A,B,C,D,E
12-0 = 13

MUC Posters;  Given the yearly MUC tradition in the post season the past 13 years or so are there any of you who have seen 'em all?  All the playoff games and all the champsionship appearances?

Just curious...

With the Christmas season overlapping the DIII playoffs it takes a little bit of planning to get it all done.

Developing.....  ;D

a REAL reason to hate Michigan

Small but Slow

Keeler fits two criteria for big blow, er, I mean blue;

1.  He'll be cheap
2.  He already knows how to apply the helmet decals

Note the picture of KC and the Del. State coach.  It perfectly encapsulates why everyone should hate KC Keeler and Delaware.

The smug look on KC's face, notice that he is looking away from his opponent, shows his contempt for everyone not named KC Keeler.  At the same time, it demonstrates how U of Delaware feels about playing the non-lilly white Del. State.

Small but Slow

His value will increase greatly if he can beat Appy State Friday, something the Wolverines couldn't do.

Is it just me, or does it appear the Delaware State coach has his hand around KC's neck and is ready to squeeze.  Probably just wishful thinking.

I have seen nearly all of them all since 1993. I missed the Albion loss 34-33 (Oh for 2 extra points :() and the 92 playoff loss in Wisconsin against Lacrosse. It's been quite a ride and I consider myself very fortunate to have been able to witness it. Nothing like D3 football!
