JK, I think you have enough folks covering your back door. Keep on blasting away.

Can we leave JK's back door out of this?

RC, that what I was thinking too.  I thought the US Military was still operating on the "don't ask, don't tell" premise?
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

JK

Not to mention, my "back door" isn't a pretty sight (remember I was an O-lineman).

Kickerdad was Navy, so he might be a little confused  ;)

In the Army we prefer the phrase "got your six."

Is Spence really gone?!?!?!  Did Pat give him the boot?!?!  Outfreakingstanding!

That would be the way I read Pat's post (though probably a temporary suspension, rather than a life-time ban).  A shame that there is probably no way to separate the boards - he's a legitimate contributor on the baseball board.

Since the first thing you see on a post is the author, I've always thought that, barring extreme circumstances, it was best to just scroll past posters one found objectionable - even 'trolls' give up if universally ignored.  Very few people find 'talking to oneself' amusing for long. ;)

JK...there is a scene from "The Last Detail" when Jack Nicholson ,playing a sailor,is about to piss and is undoing the many buttons af his pants.Nicholson remarks to the nearby Marine that it would be easier to take a piss for a Marine."All you  have to do is take off your hat."

Thanks Pat, for all you do--but this time specifically for dealing with our "problem"--I just hope it wasn't me who is the problem (I have plenty of problems without being one myself--unless you ask my wife and then she will tell you what a problem I am ::))!!!

They must not have consulted with a real sailor for Jack.  Anyone who has ever worn those pants with the 13 buttons knows that you button the two bottom buttons and the top two corner buttons and maybe the center so you have quick access when taking a leak.

A sailor and a marine are in a bar.  Both end up in the restroom taking a leak at the same time.  They finish up and the marine goes to wash his hands and says, they teach us to wash after using the restroom in the marines.  The sailor replies, they teach us not to piss on our hands in the navy.

All this talk of marines and sailors is off-topic guys.   ;D

Meanwhile a Ranger slips by 'em, assumes "at ease" in front of the trough, and mutters "da*n this water's cold."

I've had a hard time corroborating this but it appears Jamal Robertson is still listed on the Saskatchewan RoughRiders roster in the CFL.  He was signed right before the Grey Cup last season as insurance when one of the RB's went down with injury.  I can't be certain but he might have even won a Grey Cup ring as a result of all that.  He's still on the roster but I would think he would need to be re-signed for next season.  I'll post more if I find anything else out.

You guys are too young and way too fast for me. I will leave this conversation alone going on.   ;)

JK, I too was O-line (Center) so I relate very well to having someone behind me at all times. I did enjoy the signal for QB sneak. :P
