I am watching the FL Gator's spring game and Kirk Herbstreit was just talking about getting the backup QB playing time.  Someone questioned why you would take Tebow out of the the game.

Kirk said you don't just want to get your #2 QB mop up time at the end of the game, but you want to give him actual "Game Time" experience just in case your #1 goes down.

Reminds me of a conversation going on here about a month ago...
