And Ross Watson is listed on the Nebraska Site

Ok, Im Ross Watson and both BG and the Huskers want my services.....What is a guy to do?   I bet if Nebraska is writing the paycheck then Ross is a Husker. Unless Matt Campbell lured him away somehow. If so, then Ross REALLY values friendship over money. Ross has some explaining to do. This has the makings of  D3 frontpage story. You listening Pat?

OK, Stan Watson is at BG and Ross Watson is at  Nebraska. There's a story there, but a very intriging one.

I believe Ross's choice is obvious, graduate assistant for a famed football program. I may be a Cornhusker through and through, but thats a great opportunity.

Between you and cave2bens, the intellectual level of this board has soared. I have forgotten more biology than I ever learned, but I can rhyme poetry. Time to get back on my meds!  ;)

Got my Mount Union Alumni Magazine today and one of the things they are planning on doing is improving the athletic facilities.  One of the points is to take the indoor track from 160m to 200m.  I think this was discussed on this board a while ago.

That would be a great improvement.

Hard to believe it was ever a big deal that a school Mount's size even had a 160 meter track.

Hiram had a 100 meter indoor track. It was the Track and Field equivilant to Bristol Motor Speedway. Any decent sprinter had "wall rash" on their right arm.

Congrats to Rob Atwood, new Brush High School HC

And Matt Campbell co-offensive coordinator for BGSU. Does that make him the co-O-co?

I see him listed as:
Running Game Coord./Offensive Line

Do they not have an OC that oversees the RGC and PGC?

BG News states that Troy Rothenbuhler was selected to run the passing game.

But who calls the plays and does Matt's Offensive Line block harder for his running game? Inquiring minds want to know.

reality check

After playing last season for the Louisville Fire (and playing well I should add), I'm happy to report that ONU alum Rusty Midlam is starting off well with the Green Bay Blizzard.  He's third on the team in tackles and leads the defense in INT's with 2 for 60 yards.  I hope he keeps up the hard work.  He was a great player and person in general at ONU.
