Not very welcoming to a fan of one of the vanishingly few schools with guts enough to give MUC a non-con game!  For shame! :P

PurpleSuit

is the little drummer boy Corey Jackson back for SJF this year?

I think he was a senior, because we justified his actions by saying "He scored a TD agaisnt MUC in his senior season, it was most likely his shining moment in his collegiate career"

If I recall correctly, he was a Senior but with a year of eligibility remaining.  I 'heard' that he was considering using his remaining year, but that the 'drummer' incident and the debacle that ensued on the sideline when Coach Vosburgh attempted to address him had a little to do with his career as a player ending.

thanks Ypsi...BuffaloSabre is continuing his tradition of hostility and obviously cannot handle a little humility

Ric...who would you say is likely to be the surprise star of the 2008 Raiders? I'm saying Cecil Shorts is going to light it up. Who on this no name defense, in your opine, will do a Stickley or a DeRiggi, and become a great player out of nowhere? I'm saying Millings. I would have said Terrance Mooring, who by the way, expressed an interest in the Secret Service. I told him his coach, LK, knew a guy who worked there recently who maybe could help him prepare himself.

bushman back on line for another year of super football.  GO RAIDERS!

I saw Millings and Herbert at the M-Club golf outing and they had obviously lived in the weigh room since last season ended.  What a pair of bookends. They looked like they were cut from stone.

Anyone seen this yet?

Pierre Garcon

Is Garcon a  r e c i e v e r, a  receiver, or shall we just call him a wideout?

But Pep wishes Pierre the best of luck in the NFL! All of D3 is rooting for him!

On Saxon Warriors! On to Victory!
...Fight, fight for Alfred, A-L-F, R-E-D!

Who has the low down on MUC scrimmages? Im getting antsy!

Kira & Jaxon's Dad

Had our first conditioning practice tonight at the new middle school.  Attititude and Effort were great and we had 41 show up (school doesn't start till Monday) so that was pretty good.  LOTS of work to do on FB skills though!!!

Read this:  Franklin College early pick in HCAC

What???
Now that's respect!  Not only is Mount picked to win the OAC, they're also picked second in the HCAC.  Has the jv team joined the Heartland?
