what's really intriguing about the 4 way tie in the ODAC is the WHAT IF.
Emory& Henry beat Randolph-Macon 24-10 in the season but if E&H had another confernece win and positioned where R-M is, we could have had Don Montgomery and staff vs. Larry Kehres and Staff, or better known as a Purple Raider Reunion...
AWWWWWWWWWWW ...................What IF. lol

That could have been interesting.

I did my graduate work in Richmond, Va. and got up to Ashland a few times--mainly to go to King's Dominion amusement park.  I wasn't very impressed then, and I'm not very impressed now.  A 6-4 team in the playoffs??

The only reason there won't be a triple digit spread is that after the first sixty-three points LK will only be going for 3 at a time--let's see, if we get to sixty-three by sevens and then just past a hundred by threes-- hmmmm.

That makes for a 1407 pushups--I think we would have some pretty tired cheerleaders!!

All I remember about working in Ashland Va is that the railroad runs right through town. I mean big trains and Amtrak right down the street.
Same as it ever was...same as it ever was...same as it ever was...

If you still want a MUC reunion, you have two more chances ... Raeburn at Wabash and Sirianni at W&J.
Never underestimate the stimulation of eccentricity.

The question is how much playing time Nate will get.
Chances are good that he won't see any playing time in the second half.
I hope that is not the case.  If anyone deserves the playing time and record it's Nate.

That's really the best news about being in the East.

At least a different team will get to come to Alliance this year. Let them get an up-close view of the Machine and its headquarters.

Good luck to Ott. I would LOVE to see another match-up between these two teams. Represent the OAC well!

I too am looking forward to playing a team for the first time. When looking at RMC's stats they don't match up very well. Who knows, they could surprise us...NAH!

hscoach,

I still may be able to meet you guys up there this postseason.  Pat and I have talked about me doing some color analyst work on playoff games.  It would be fun for this to be at Mount.

seventies,

as a fan, alum and ex player for Thomas More.. I'm just glad we're in this year... but I would've loved an opportunity to come up to MUC and see exactly where we stack up with MUC and experience the atmosphere on gameday.

hscoach,

you guys may yet get another chance to "shut Otterbein" up..  I believe with Wabash reeling yesterday, Trine as a #2... their toughest test would be a CCIW team.   The North is definitely not as tough as originally projected with the happenings of yesterday and losing MUC to the East.

where both of them are positioned, not very likely but would be very nice! And with Wabash that's more a family reunion, so a full meal would have to be in order, but i don't want any of those red suspender types around my table.  ;D

losing MUC to the east made CCIW fans happy.

It would be nice to see two OAC teams in the semi finals again
