Sorry CRWU70, I found this Plain Dealer headline funny:

CWRU, Mount Union are undefeated again

Why, it's true.   ;)

Thanks for the blue!

I guess I've been a Mount fan too long, because in D3 there are two normal ways to be undefeated, belong to a conference that doesn't participate in the playoffs, or win the Stagg.

Anyway, I found the order amusing at whatever time of the night that was. Must have been the narcotics.

+ Karma to all the regulars before all the " You ain't seen what we got" karma busters show up later today.

I'm just going to help everyone out.  ALL MOUNT PLAYOFF OPPONENTS, USE THIS HANDY GUIDE TO MAKE YOUR POINT, I'VE MADE IT FILL IN THE BLANK FOR EASY USE:

Mount Union hasn't seen a ______________ like ______________ before.  They better not overlook ___________ if they want to get to Salem.

Enjoy your time in Alliance.

My favorite time of year... I think over the past few seasons Mount has "not seen" just about everything possible from an opposing team according to other posters.  To the folks coming here to post, can we at least try something clever like "you've never seen a longsnapper like this before."  Just try to mix it up and keep it interesting for us.
They should have practiced harder.

There is a slippery slope between resting guys when you're up big and don't want anyone injured...versus getting guys ready who have not played 4 quarters all season.  Kehres seems to have a pretty fair track record balancing this situation.  I for one think the starters will play into the 3rd quarter tomorrow.

YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT? YOUR LUCKY IF YOU ATTENDED ANY GAMES THIS YEAR.

Well................let's recap this past weekend's MUC game.  Mount had the majority of their offense starting the 3rd quarter..................and the majority of the defense was in with 6 minutes remaining in the 3rd as well.   Seems like I was CORRECT.  Don't call me out when you don't know what you're talking about.  I didn't happen to see you at the Wilmington game this year?  Believe me, I log more miles and time seeing Mount play then most and when I'm at the games I'm on the sidelines so please shhhhhhhhhhhh.

well, with MUC moving east.... this "Mount hasn't seen guy" isn't going to be me.

Do all of you realize how much fun I would've had with hscoach and reality check with this?  I mean, you would've KNOWN I was messing around... but still would've been a great time.

i would have probably started this with... You've never seen the Buses we're going to ride up to Alliance on... and etc

Welcome Brian!  I hope you have recovered from all your ailments that you ran into during college.  Are you living in the Ocala area and coaching?  I am North of Tampa in New Port Richey and "Small but slow" lives in the same area.  Welcome to the board!

It's too bad Otter didn't draw Wabash.  As a neutral observer, it would have been very interesting to see the "normal Otterbein behavior" mixed with the idots from Indiana.  That would be worth watching.

Reality Check,
Are you still the Commissioner of the OAC Board?  If so, I hereby nominate "neutral observer" as the phrase of the year for 2008.  Please add it to the ever growing list.

OTT/Franklin thought:  I'm just hoping the actual game is more interesting than the fight..  I know Franklin is pretty much a finesse offense, like Hanovers used to be... its nothing that will scare Otterbein into changing their pregame "ritual" of the week.

Of all the "you ain't seen nothing like us" posters over all the years I've been on this board, only Wabash and Wheaton were right. I've never seen anything like them before or since. Not sure it's good or bad, just very odd.

Maybe I should include Rowan's drunk before lunch fans

After taking a look at the East & North brackets, does it appear to anyone else that this is really just ONE bracket?  I mean I know NCC is undefeated, and played in a tough conference, but does anyone really think they can compete for a national championship?  Is the talent in D-III that even (down?) this year, or am I just jaded ???

I certainly hope this group of seniors at Mount get the opportunity to play in four Staggs, winning three of them.  Now THAT is an accomplishment for the ages.

raiderfan...I think you need to ask every team how their longsnapper is.  Make them really wonder what we're up to in Ohio!

Anyway, I found the order amusing at whatever time of the night that was. Must have been the narcotics.

It may have something to do with Case being in Cleveland and The Plain Dealer being in Cleveland so they figured more people in Cleveland would care about a Cleveland team than a team not in Cleveland.

But I did still find the title amusing.  Partially because (warranted or not) who would have ever thought 10 years ago that Case's record could draw a comparison to Mount Union's?
