that dude in pic was the center of problems at the case/wabash game a yr ago.  the pic was taken from a spartan fan who was tired of the obsenities and verabl abuse from this group directed at parents and siblings....

lets hope he stays in indiana this weekend and lets the loyal, respected wabash following journey to cleveland.

Then Wabash better by leaving their homo cheerleaders in Indiana.  They were the problem in Alliance.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

Kmic was recently asked about his touchdown ritual of simply tossing
the ball to an official after a score.

When asked why he doesn't do anything special after touchdowns. "It's just not the proper thing," he said. "I've been brought up to be humble. You don't want to celebrate too much." Among high school players, Kmic ranks ninth on Ohio's career list in scoring with 598 points. "I didn't have any time to celebrate in high school because I was the kicker, too," Kmic said.

RSCL70......this may be a more accurate representation of the Wabash faithful:

....was posted on the NCAC board--they seem to be proud of this dude.

Be careful ;D!  Do you know the "real" definition of a "dude" is? ??? :o ::) ;D

You know, I don't mean to add fuel to the fire here, but I think that is the same guy who gave me crap after Capital beat them in Crawfordsville a few years ago.

I'll second that opinion--let's leave the slurs to others.  I know a lot of gay people and, as a straight person, am offended by the use of that term.

Joking is no excuse there, I think.

It's OK HSCoach, I teach Jr High and hear that word almost every ten minutes. What word would be better? Idiots, Morons, Boobs????

There are some great Wabash fans, but there is a core group that defy kind description. How about bozo's.

Sadly that casts badly on clowns around the world and clowns don't feel it necessary to be obnoxious and vulgar in public.

I'd go along with idiots, morons, @$$holes, or a host of other names--I just don't  appreciate the use of terms that carry with them the added baggage of racism, homophobia, sexism, xenophobia etc.  I think we should try and put a stop to the use of those kinds of terms with the middle school kids.  You don't let them get away with using the "N" slur, do you?

Some on here may think that I'm being too "politically correct", but those of you who know me know that is pretty far from the truth.

It does actually drive me nuts that the most over used word among today's kids is the word gay. Quite often used in contexts other than it's intended definition but almost always negative.

Trust me, I won't allow things to be said in my classroom just because they are the current rage, like "Oh my God." I'm often more successful in teaching manners and common decency than computer applications, just because I choose to set the bar high. Plus we're a small school in a small town and we have different expectations.

Oh yeah,  and my kids are in the school district.

I agree.  I hear the same language from my middle school students here in FL.  I hate it when they say "That's Gay".  They say that WAY TOO MUCH!  I don't allow it in my classroom either.
