TO with 8:19 to play in elmhurst and NCC in front 53 46.  Derek ration taking over with 17 while Tiknis and Broyles have been stuck on 8 for awhile now. Gamble very quiet tonight.  For elmhurst, Dante's foster and nick Sanford lead with 9 and Boyd and grubl each have 8 in a very balanced elmhurst attack.

1 pt game with 6 minutes to play and a costly charge call on Rosenberg.

AC up 13 with 7 minutes to go.  Titans got within 3, but then let AC make another run.  Tough to play at Carver.  AC playing well, hitting threes.  Better perimeter play than earlier in the season.

Augie up 9 with 4:30 to go.

I believe it has gone final in Decatur.  Wheaton 82, Millikin 25.

Derek ration has taken this game over with 26 pts. He has been WIDE open for about 20 of those. Not sure what's going on with the Jays perimeter D but I'd hazard a guess that this wasn't the plan coming in.

NPU down 10 with 3 minutes to play.

IWU up by one 1:20 to go.  up 72-71.   17-0 run.

Tied 74 all, AC has possession with about 20 seconds to go.  Timeout AC.

WOW! That's amazing!  Final in elmhurst was 70 59 and Raridon finished with 30, most of them from 17 feet out or further. An impressive shooting exhibition. I'm not sure anyone else made it out of single digits for the Cardinals.

iwu70

74 all, 3 seconds to go.  AC gets one more attempt.

iwu70

IWU-AC to OT.  De Simone missed the last attempt.

AC wins by two in OT.  Strange end, with Gonzalez driving to the basket, throwing up a shot at the buzzer, no call.  Tough loss.  We almost stole one, coming back from 16 down to force OT.  But still a tough road loss at Carver.  Augie is back in the race.  IWU bench played big big, esp. Ziemnik and Anderson.  Zimmer with 20.

Tough loss, after coming back so so far to force OT.

Two games in, with IWU and Carthage winning big.

Meanwhile, Augie leads NCC by 3 with about 7.5 to go.  Wheaton up on Elmhurst by 5 at the half.
