Earlier Elmhurst beat Millikin (I don't know the score). NCC up narrowly on Wheaton; NPU up narrowly on Augie. Carthage is trying for a comeback - Titan lead down to 12 w/ 8+ to go.

Mr. Sager could be in his glory tonight as the North Park Viking are close to defeating the Augustana Vikings as they have the lead 70-67 with 22 seconds left to play and North Park has the ball. It's the 2nd game I've ever watched North Park play and the other one was their win over North Central just the other day.

Cardinals must be playing great defense. Augustana only took 18 shots and made 6 in the 1st half.

As Naperick already reported, IWU up 38-28 at the half. This game would probably already be over, except for FT shooting (2-6) and the first truly bad half by Dylan Overstreet all season: 12 minutes, 0 points, 0 rebounds, 1 assist, 4 turnovers! As is often the case, IWU is living by the 3 - 8 for 16 (they slumped towards the end; at one point they were 7 for 9!!); Bryce Dolan has four of them, to lead all scorers with 12. Perhaps they should consider moving behind the arc for their free throws!

Livestats has now changed the halftime score in Decatur to 40-26 - presumably an earlier basket had been attributed to the wrong team.

Mark, you beat me to the punch - must be that communication to Hong Kong is quicker than to Ypsi!

Sager on the call at WC/NPU game continues to update on the Augie/NCC game. Any idea why he thinks NPU is only one game behind NCC for the 4th spot?

Titan scoring: 12, 11, 11, 9, 8, 8, 4, 3, 3, and 3 Heyen with the trey! The bench cleared at the end.

Outstanding game by the IWU bigs to control the paint, win the rebounding battle. Dolan with 4 treys in the first half.

Now the challenges of defending home court against NCC and the Doggies.
