Big surprise thus far in Rock Island, where at the half the Laketa-less Carthage Red Men lead #3 Augustana, 45-38. Nolan Ebel has 12 and Brett Benning 11 for the hosts, but the story tonight has been Kienan Baltimore, who has ripped apart the Doggies to the tune of 22 first-half points on 7-9 shooting from the field, including 2-3 from behind the arc, and a perfect 6-6 from the line.

Augie 38, IWU 35 at the half. Titans dominated the first 11 minutes, but then in a 50+ second stretch the Vikings had four steals, all of which they converted into points, to take the lead. Brady Rose has 18, but is getting no help - four guys are tied for second highest at FOUR!

At the half, Wheaton 32, IWU 30. Francis has 18, his teammates have combined for 14. IWU has held close with a totally different look from their star - Rose is currently the FIFTH highest scorer for the Titans.
