They also missed their two best scorers for most of second semester, their best frosh played through a severe foot injury he's getting surgically corrected in the offseason, and their best rebounder played through serious injury as well. We'll have to see how Bard adapts to the Skyline, but there's reason to be far more optimistic about 07-08 than 06-07.

I was. But there are people who thought Bard would never win the HVMAC, never even get into the Skyline Conference. Will I be surprised if Bard wins the NCAA tournament this year? Sure. Shocked? Not at all. The Raptors routinely accomplish the improbable.
