Ah, the Mukluk Classic. ;D I believe this was the game where we were going to gather to celebrate the 10th anniversary of D3hoops.com.  I wonder whatever happened to that? ???

The game between UMPI and  Unity is fast approaching  -  this is one where I believe UMPI will have to be favored  -  Unity hasn't won this year, and throwing out one game where they lost by only 9 to Vermont Tech, they are losing by an average of 50 points per game....
The only thing not to be liked in Florida is no D3 hoops!!!

Well, now, bad news. Lancaster Baptist lost to PSU - York 77-66. 0-13.

Vermont Tech has a Black Bear starting at the 2, so take that as you will.

Alma came up just short, losing by 2 on the road at Tri-State (60 - 58).

Kenyon drops Denison like last year's girlfriend, 60-47, earning hopefan a big HARUMPH from me. ;D

Hiram (4-10 and fresh off a 30-point drubbing by Wooster) is next up for the Big Red; I'll be there with confetti in hand.

Might have been anti-climactic after such a long dogsled trek: UMPI won 81-68.

Actually it was TSU 59 Alma 58

You need to read the last minute of game play though to understand this loss.

I don't know if this would be an interesting topic.  But considering the winless teams this year...which school has the longest losing streak dating back to last year?  Or for the teams winless against D3?  Just thought I would throw those out there.

I do suppose you deserve a Karma point for outlasting, outwitting, outplaying the competetion...my pick of Puget Sound is still unbeaten against D3 though!
UMHB is unbeaten versus D3, too.

Well Puget Sound and UMHB can duke it out :).  Puget Sound has Whitworth and Lewis & Clark the next two weekends...we will see how long they can hold on.

I vote for Wheaton.... oh wait...  ::)

Log show - good question - if no one else looks at that today, I'll see if I can take a look tonight.

No one moves off our lists last night - Winless vs D3 UMPI and Blackburn both win, but against non D3 teams - so they remain on our winless vs D3 lists.  No blowouts from our losers though - Franciscan played Bethany close..

Well, CalTech hasn't won a league game in about 23 years (or have they now?), its not quite only D3 or all games, but its pretty amazing.......in a bad way.

Alma lost its last 3 of '07, so they sit on a 16 game losing streak.  11 straight to D3's

Denison won their last game last season (their last two, in fact, and three of the last four, and still failed to qualify for the 8-team NCAC tournament), so their losing streak is confined to this year's 0-14 start.

And it ends Saturday.  8)

Unfortunately, some team records for prior years have not been retained...
Colorado College is blank

Rockford 06-07 is there - they lost their last nine games of 06-07, giving them 23 in a row

Mitchell lost their last 2 of 06-07, making them 15 in a row

Per Sac and Dave, Alma is at 16, Denison at 14

Lancaster Bible lost their last 2 last year, 15 in a row.

Colorado College was 4 - 22 last year, but last year's game results are not here or on their site
