It looks like hosting Emory and CWRU on Jan 16th and 18th will be the best chances of the season for the Maroons.

I'll guarantee that Chicago does much better than 2-12 in the UAA, Ralph.

I'm willing to wager you would have also guaranteed they'd be better than 0-11 in their non-conference schedule.

True, my guarantees aren't exactly bankable where the Maroons are concerned. But I've seen them play twice now, and they are honestly not a bad team. They have an abundance of talent, including a trio of highly-skilled veteran players in Matt Corning, Jake Pancratz, and Adam Machones. While I haven't seen any of the other seven UAA teams thus far this season, from the looks of the league's non-con performance it doesn't seem to me that the league is quite as good as it was last year. Thus, I feel that I'm safe ground in predicting Chicago to do better than 2-12, in spite of the fact that I (as well as everyone else) didn't see that 0-11 avalanche coming down the mountain.

Chicago will definitely do better than 2-12. I would put money on it.

Pabegg, I know I'm asking a lot, but is there any way to mark which teams on the list are still provisional schools?

Kinda interesting that NYU is undefeated, while Polytechnic -- which merged with NYU last year but retained its own intercollegiate athletic programs -- is winless.

Yep, that would be the first game I would miss in my 14 seasons of PA for Goucher. DAMN! I would have loved to have seen that win!

Notes for our survivors
Puget Sound plays 11-3 Whitworth this week

Chicago plays Emory and Case Western the only other UAA's with losing records this week

Bard and Polytechnic play each other next week, we'll lose one this week

CCNY and Medgar Evers play the final week of the season

Maine-Presque Isle has no more D3 games scheduled.

Clermont -  I can't find this school

Principia and Blackburn play in a couple weeks
