Thanks, magicman.

If anyone didn't see the shot to beat Ithaca, there are 3.9 seconds remaining when RIT inbounds.  I thought the shot was clearly after the buzzer.

You're right. The ball is still in the shooter's hand when the buzzer sounds. The Bombers got jobbed.

Clermont -  I can't find this school

That's why I always refer to it as "Cincinnati-Clermont". It's easier to identify a D3 member that's a branch campus of a major university when you hyphenate it to that university's name, especially if it's a D3 newbie.

(OK, it's not as though Cincinnati-Clermont has come up a lot in conversation, but still ... ;))

SUNY Cobleskill falls off the Winless vs. D3 list as they down Penn State-Berks 82-80 in overtime.

Based on the scoreboard, it looked like Crown came off of the list, but Saturday's game is posted backwards and is actually a 83-50 loss to Martin Luther; Crown continues on.

Bummer. I took that score from the UMAC's Web page because neither school had it listed at the time. You'd like to think such things are reliable.  :-\

I think they have dual NAIA/NCAA membership.........which makes no sense.

Believe it or not, Maine-Presque Isle became a full member of Division III this year.

On the topic at hand, McDaniel defeats Franklin & Marshall tonight leaving us with two undefeated teams.

Only St. Thomas left to go down before I am crowed champion as F&M loses. Whee! :P

It's a good thing we're not playing the second best team in the CCIW without our second best player tomorrow. :P

The NAIA still has UMPI listed as a member school.   http://naia.cstv.com/member-services/about/members.htm

......and you can still link the NAIA site from UMPI's site.  For now I believe they are still dual members.

Please remember that Menlo and Neb Wesleyan are both dual members, too.

Okay everyone, if Wheaton wins the Survival Pool, we've got to "crow" her champion!   :D

And with that gantlet, I wonder if a CCIW team has EVER won the Survivor Pool?

[I know none have since the 'Survivor Pool', but I wonder if anyone has since d3 was born?]

If it occurs, she can certainly 'crow'! ;D
