So, if Houghton ends up being the last winless left, can I least get half a point  ;D

As far as I'm concerned, you can have all the points.  Are they playing a legit d3 schedule (like with conference games), then they're good.  It's not like they're up for undefeated, where potential scholarship players are still on the roster.  That could be unfair.  You picked them to lose every game.  I don't see how provisional status gives them a leg up (or down, as the case may be), unless they're playing Albany Pharmacy and Paul Smith ten times each.

Undefeated--Amherst
Winless--Concordia-Chicago

Is that like when UW-Oshkosh not only schedules Finlandia twice, but also Silver Lake twice in the same season?  ???

Hugenerd always picks MIT in the Undefeated Pool regardless of how loaded they appear. Since nobody's picked MIT might as well just assign the Engineers to him. ;D

Meh. Since my laptop exploded and I have to live with this @%÷#& tablet, I'm hardly ever here and will likely post quite rarely.  Tell you what: I'll take for my winner the first available NCAC team in reverse alphabetical order (Wooster, Wittenberg, Wabash, etc.), and for my loser the first available NCAC team in proper alphabetical order, which I suppose would be Allegheny.

...And yes I am aware that Wabash has already lost. My heart, she breaks.

Is it too late to take Southern Vermont for the undefeated?  If they can get through tomorrow, the best team on their schedule is Penn State-Harrisburg.

Is this the earliest we've knocked someone out in any pool?

Is this the first time that one game knocked out people in BOTH pools? Ka-blam!

Tough loss for the Ephs.  Far from their best day.  But honestly not their worst, either.  Williams is going to rebound and win a lot of games, I am still very confident.  Too much talent in the starting five.  SVT is not going to lose many games this year.  For real!  They bear absolutely no resemblance to last year's team.

No, and probably yes.

I'm sure there were numerous first night knock-outs, but not sure there has ever been a first night knock-out of an unbeaten candidate (X 2!) by a winless candidate.

I pick Southern Vermont for undefeated right? LOL  >:(

As you can imagine, I didn't put much time into my picks. I selected SVT solely on their one win last year and took Point for obvious reasons, one not being that I actually think they will be the last team standing!  :P ??? :o So it goes!

I may have scared a number of people away from Prin... including not picking them myself.. and they proceed to extend their steak losing by 61 to Illinois College...
The only thing not to be liked in Florida is no D3 hoops!!!

So I guess the SVC undefeated hype was a little overblown.  Still, they've played the two toughest games on their schedule already now.
