Well, with the winner of the original Survivor League Pick Em pool already determined, I've decided to start an UNOFFICIAL Survivor League 2!

My unofficial pick of the remaining undefeated teams in D3 (remember, undefeated against all teams, any division) is:

Lawrence

Feel free to post your 2nd team.

I guess you could still technically take HOPE!

What's the tiebreaker between hope1 and FDF?

Let's see which one can survive a January night spent outside the DeVos Fieldhouse ticket window while only wearing a pair of orange shorts.

If they both survive, the one who can eat the most condiments in one hour wins.

Should there be one?  They picked the same team!

How about which one can come closest to the Albion/Hope score!

Technically, the both win.  There wasn't any prize offered.

Greg - I've already survived many a January night in my orange shorts - so I think I have an unfair advantage  ;D

I think hope1 is probably pretty close on the score, and as long as Hope keeps winning, I've got my prize.  I'll say:

Hope 76  Albion 68

...and I'll stay with Hope for Survivor 2

Mr. Ypsi

Tough call - I didn't check out the schedules, but suspect Hamilton and Widener probably have the easiest road.  But...they are probably also the weakest of the remaining 6!  Hope has a real tough week with Albion and Calvin, and EVERY week in the CCIW is tough for NCC.  Leaving HSC and Lawrence.  HSC plays RMC this week.

Lawrence it is.

crucial for all you survivorists---  who can find out how Maine Presque Isle did yesterday vs Thomas???
neither school has posted a score since December on their site....
The only thing not to be liked in Florida is no D3 hoops!!!

David Collinge

In today's LA Times, it is noted that Presque Isle had the (contiguous) nation's low temperature yesterday at -17; does that help?  :D

I think I can tell you who won, but not the score.  If you go to the Jan. 9 NAC weekly report:

http://www.nacathletics.com/sportsinfo/reports/2005-06/20060109.pdf

It is says Thomas is 2-7, since their website says they are 1-6 and they lost the game against colby:

http://www.thomas.edu/athletics/mbasketball/2006%20stats/mgame11.htm

And the Maine-Presque Isle game was their next game, they must have won it.
