Comparing my undefeated list with yours, I missed one (I had a wrong score), you seemed to have missed Texas-Dallas and University of the Ozarks... so correct number of undefeateds should be 64. ;)

Comparing my winless with yours... you list Frostburg St, but they beat Waynesburg on 11/24... the score is not posted on D3hoops yet...

Comparing undefeated vs D3..  I have Sul Ross, you don't... they lost to St. Thomas Texas, you may have picked it up as a loss to D3 St Thomas...

The only thing not to be liked in Florida is no D3 hoops!!!

List is corrected. I just looked through each team to get my lists... and a few school sites since Berea doesn't seem to have a D3 page at all while Belhaven and St Joseph's (Brooklyn) don't seem to work.
Still, only 3 mistakes (I'm not counting Frostburg as a mistake since it's D3's fault for not having the score ;)) is not bad for checking 400+ teams by hand ;D

Good grief... that must have taken A LONG TIME.. the D3provisionals are sticky as to how they are used or not used... in the d3 vs non D3 board, I chose to put the independent provisionals as a non d3 because they play such a light schedule of D3's, but the provisionals that are in conferences are considered D3 because they play full conference schedules.  Consequently, only Berea, Alfred St, Valley Forge, and Illinois Tech are in the non d3 catagory... So because Belhaven is considered D3, their loss to Millsaps moved Millsaps of my winless group all together, while they're on your winless vs D3... either way....

Is it too late to predict a winner?  (I really don't like singling out losing programs...)

If not, then UT-Dallas, currently 2-0.  (I have predicted them in previous seasons.)

I'm sorry, but I think it should be too late to be considered for the Grand Prize...
LOL!

I will abide by the ruling of judges, but reserve the right to a "See, I told you so!" if UT-Dallas is still standing when the others have lost!   :)
...on the understanding that, should the Comets lose before another candidate squad, the chorus of "neener neener!"s will be strictly unofficial.
But only by the contestants whose teams are still in the running...

Mr. Ypsi

Considering they have already won AT IWU and Elmhurst (and at home over Wheaton), and looking at their remaining schedule, I almost wish I could switch to Benedictine! ;D  (I have little doubt that my pick, Augie, would crush them, but Benedictine doesn't face Augie's remaining schedule! ;))

Through 11/29, our contestants have done much better in the winless pool (12/16 still in) than in the Undefeated pool (7/17 still in).

hopefan (me) dodged a bullet yesterday when winless pick Chatham lost to previously winless Elmira, 93-88 in OT  :o :o

hopefan (you) dodged another bullet yesterday when winfull pick Oswego State defeated Rochester 55-54. Lakers gained 1 point lead with 1:21 left to play when they made 1 of 2 free throws to break 54 all tie. Then the  Lakers, with chances to extend lead, missed 2 shots in the final 50 seconds and had to sweat out a final shot by Rochester, that would have given the Yellwjackets the win. ::) ::)  Lucky Lakers, but I'm happy...good for you...good for the 'YAC. ;D

Augustana did scrimmage with Benedictine on November 6, tieing in the first half and winning by 8 or so in the second half (Per Titan Q).

Ypsi, you beat me to the draw on picking my alma mater for unbeaten, so I settled for Elmhurst.  I'd be happy for you to have Benedictine if I could claim Augustana (despite the long odds of their going unbeaten).   ;)
