Now you can really wave goodbye 7express, as your Cairn Highlanders beat the crap out of Wilson 90-65. :o  I think ronk may have a winner with his Wilson pick. And now that Cairn has won that mighty matchup they might not win another game either. :D

Mr. Ypsi

It seems like most years the season does not even start until 11-15.  I wonder if 7express is the first to ever be eliminated from BOTH contests by 11-14! ;D

For sure that has to be a first. He's made D3hoops history. Rather amusing history, but history nonetheless. 8-)

7express

If your going to be eliminated in the first 48 hours, you may as well go out with a bang and make history in doing so, so at least I got that going for me that no one can take away from me!

I've often felt that way about most really bad situations/seasons.  I was quite disappointed when the 2003 Tigers had 119 losses with three games left, needing only one to tie the 'Amazin's' for the most losses ever, and two to be the VERY worst ever, and went and won the last three games!  Why just be utterly horrible, when you can be HISTORICALLY horrible??!! ;D

So I'm stlll alive in the unbeaten, but out of the winless competition at the first opportunity. Rats. I was really hoping to go deep in both this year.

This newbie is happy with still being alive, as Summit (FKA Baptist Bible  ;)) loses twice by hefty margins (although one was to higher division Liberty) this weekend. They may not have a chance to win until facing the aforementioned Cairn at home on 1/27. At least I'm hoping.

My undefeated team hasn't played yet so that's a win in and of itself  :P

And I'll quote this from yesterday because now it's official:

Nice knowing you guys this year, good luck!

Now I'm hoping for funny jokes to pass the time until next November 1.

You can be the first one to start a 2nd chance league in BOTH POOLS.

Did your Undefeated Self wave goodbye to your Winless Self and get caught in  a space time continuum in mid-wave as your Winless Self was returning that wave goodbye to your Undefeated Self...I think ???

I tried arranging things by region to make searching for scores a bit easier.  For now it looks like you will have to type 'Summit' into the Baptist Bible page link to get their schedule.

I got to see VA Wes lose in person yesterday - there's a chance I might see St. John Fisher and St. Thomas lose for the first time next weekend.  I wonder how many of these teams I can personally jinx this year?

I'm out and I didn't even know I was out until just now. That's OK I changed my mind but forgot to tell this to the Board.  I decided to be a homer this year and so I'm taking Plattsburgh State. ;D

Gregory Sager

Prestidigitator, I should just copy your last post, scratch out "Plattsburgh State", and type in "North Park".
