Winless teams dropped by 3 last night, as D'Youvolle beat Medaille, W&J nipped LaRoche, and Westminster Mo much to Mr. Sager's chagrin, beat North Park in ot.

Winless teams are now at 14:
Goucher, Swarthmore, Chestnut Hill, John Jay, East Naz, Albertus Pujols Magnus (my favorite as a St Louisan), Daniel Webster, Oberlin, Thomas More, Cornell, Pac Lutheran, Caltech, Northland, and Principia.

Only Cal Lutheran dropped off our list of winless vs D3, beating Lewis & Clark.
That list is now also at 14:
Maine Presque Isle, Maine Maritime, Rutgers Camden, Immaculata, Ferrum, Thiel, Redlands, LaVerne, Santa Cruz, Linfield, Fontbonne, Greenville, Webster, and Marantha

Looking ahead..  Wanna have a very special New Year's Eve..  celebrate with a likely first time winner by attending Cornell Iowa at Caltech, both winless to now   (tho watch tonite when Caltech hosts Milwaukee engineering - could be an upset)
The only thing not to be liked in Florida is no D3 hoops!!!

Are you taking any bets on this one?  I'll take MSOE and lay 15.

hopefan

None of our teams got bounced from our lists on Sunday.  No upset for Caltech over MSOE, though the 11 point margin failed to live up to Mr. Collinge's margin of 15  -  Dave, hoping you didn't put too much on that game!!!!!

That is D1 Princeton (at Princeton), should be a tough game to keep the winning streak going.

But they'd just move to the undefeated against D-3 subset.

True, but I'd still take them off the list I made since it's based on undefeated teams, regardless...which is what our survivor pool is based on...undefeated against anyone and everyone.  ;D

I didn't know if we have updated their travails, but the CCNY women seem to be improving, they only lost 72-43 to SUNY - Purchase on the 9th.

Smed---   wonder if Unity has played?????

They were to have played Eastern Maine CC on the 14th, then be off until January 22nd. Probably going to enter a hacky-sack tourney or something.

Well, shiver me timbers. According to Massey, Unity beat ME - Augusta 101-77.

So they can't put more than 25 up against Presque Isle, yet drop a century on Augusta.

BTW - According to very early Massey ratings, Principia is the bottom feeder in D-3. We shall see.

Hmm... tell us more about Maine- Augusta...  They sound...  not good.

Here ya go, based on the Wolfe rankings (link posted on the Top 25 thread) they're DEAD last.  Unity's third to last... if the third to last team is 24 points better than the last team, then they're really not good...

Ouch Pat!!  That would really hurt if I were a Principia follower.
