David, are you at all pondering going to that last Cal Tech game? I think I need to now!  :)

It's at Oxy, tomorrow at 7:30.  I could be talked into going.  Drop me a line.

In case you see this before your PM... I sent you one... and would love to go!  :)

DC, I'm blaming you for the Caltech loss.  I can't pin the other 300 or so on you, but this one was your fault.  It was an overtime game; your added voice of confidence would have put them over the top.  Of this I am most supremely confident.  Be on the look out for super sophisticated mishaps in your life, like laser-guided miniature rockets dropping heavy objects on your car

...  or getting attacked by sharks with laser beams attached to their heads. C'mon, Caltech ... where are the sharks with the frickin' laser beams attached to their heads? Throw me a bone here!

It's all about the Ill-tempered Sea Bass, but that's neither here nor there.

Did we just witness April successfully secure a date on the d3hoops message board?  This may be a whole new direction for Posting Up.

I wasn't going to say anything, but was only going to follow the intrigue. :-[

There is something to be said for using your own photo as your avatar! :)

Now, if David has acquired a taste for kimchee and bulgogi...   ::)

This is way too early to consider this in their specific case, but I think that formal etiquette is to put the Wedding Registry on the bride's preferred message board. ;)

Oh Hoops Fan, I  am so sorry.... :( :(

Hey, I'm married, so putting a picture up would just be frustrating for all those single female posters out there.

Frustrating or Scaring?  Yo Pops, I got a gun in my room, why don't I just go get it?

+K for Austin Powers quotes, I see I am not the only one watching AMC lately.

Actually, I don't have cable, nor have I seen Austin Powers since it was released in theatres.  It was just that funny that I can still remember vague lines.  That's either incredibly impressive or very, very sad.  I'm not sure I want to know which.

I'm glad I stayed home from work this morning...this is the best thread we've had in a while...

Go gettem, April!!!  Just don't make your bridesmaids wear something hideous!

:D You guys do realize that David is almost exactly my mom's age, or, twice my age, right? And that we've already gone to over a half a dozen basketball games together in the past couple of years? (cough) :D

As much as I'm sure David would like to be called a sugardaddy while he is taking the California bar exam and can't defend himself, I sure you are all aware that the real regulars basically like to think of me as a kid sister, or the perfect daughter they never had so I won't bother defending the situation one bit. :P

The ironic thing is that even if it was a proposed date, it wouldn't be a new twist on posting up for me at all. I've had much, much shadier posters proposition me in the last four years.  ::) This is basically how the more temperate ones go:

---------------------------------

Hi, I really enjoy reading your posts! Just wanted to drop a line to introduce myself.

P.S. Nice picture.

---------------------------------
:D

But then it get to the not funny points... there was the time when my address was my AOL address for a few months before I yanked it down. Then I would get random IMs from guys who said things like... "Hey I think about you when I (insert word that starts with an M), does that bother you? :-[:'( >:(

This my friends, is nothing. ::)

But I promise to invite you all to my real wedding someday.  :-*

We knew that you would know we were kidding, although it probably would have been nice for us to let everyone else who reads this know that.  Oh well.

It's still hilarious and yes, I did know how old DC was when I posted the first comment.  I even debated a line about you "bagging an older man."

Anyway, I hope you two have fun at Oxy tonight, but be home by 11.
