Greek Tragedy

Quote from: Hoops Fan on November 15, 2006, 11:50:48 AM
I volunteered to compile data in the post before old school said he was doing it.  So I have a list, but I'm not officially in charge.

I just thought it was assumed I'd do it, though any help is appreciated.  This is what I have so far.  BTW, Greg, it's to be noted I picked someone that no one else picked AND they aren't ranked.  Am I as cool as you now?  :P

Mr. Ypsi

Has no one taken Va. Wes. - AMAZING!!

You know - defending national champions, most of the team returning, ranked nearly unanimously #1 in the country - NO ONE??!!

Being both loyal and stubborn, I'm sticking with the Wesleyan in Illinois, but c'mon! :o

cardinalpride

My pick is North Central College!!!  Imagine that!!
CARDINAL PRIDE STARTS WITH ME!

Almost ... except that your team doesn't have a nickname as goofy/cool as "Fighting Violets".  ;D

VAWes doesn't exactly strike me as the undefeated type.  I think that is probably the consensus around the board as well.

Titan Q

My pick is Virginia Wesleyan.

This is like getting L. Tomlinson with the last pick of the first round in fantasy fb.

Oh, I'll hold my nose and say Wittenberg.

Smed, it is reverse psychology!  Pick 'em and they will lose!

You are out of the contest.  They lost a ball game, hopefully to Wabash! ;)

It is a nice compliment to your favorite team when an educated WIAC fan like Point Special picks your squad.  :)

Gotta have someone in Ohio supporting the Scots, so I will also take Wooster as my pick.  :)

GO SCOTS!!

Great timing, Q!

Your response is much better than what I had planned to reply! ;D

The only thing not to be liked in Florida is no D3 hoops!!!

Ryan Scott (Hoops Fan)

Well the first game of the season has begun, so I assume the survivor pool is closed to new business.

Good luck all.
