Good Luck to North Central this weekend against Franklin.   Having watched Wabash play two close games against them the last two years, I was very impressed by their overall team speed.   They may be undersized in a few spots, but their speed is incredible.  Their QB is fast and makes great decisions with the ball.   Can throw it deep with accuracy and can tuck it and hurt you if you lose containment. 

Bring your "A" game and stay at home on defense (Don't give them the outside) and you should have a great shot.

You might want to check out the Empire 8 board. First, they have a poll where over 100 people have voted. Wow, that dwarfs any poll here. Second, there are some really hilarious posts. I think being in the same region for every year with Mount Union, we're not as affected by the MUC talk. Some of the Ithaca fans there seem to be a little displeased about how little chance they're being given on Saturday. My nephew is an IC grad and he's interested in seeing how the Bombers do match up with MUC.

CardinalAlum  hehe, actually I have been involved 7 years, 8 if you were to count my first year which was kind of a pilot program, which I don't personally count.  Time does fly fast.  What's scary is I have my 10 year HS reunion next year!  Yikes!    One of the first signs you are getting older.  Then you hit 30 in 2  years, then (hopefully you get a Son/Daughter), etc.  Life is good!
I don't think North Central gave a sub "A" peformance in their lost to Capital, rather Capital was a pretty dynamic group that just physically won the game.  That was a darn good Capital team that year.

What's scary is I have my 10 year HS reunion next year!  Yikes!    One of the first signs you are getting older.  

  HAD my 20 year HS reunion LAST year!!

Then you hit 30 in 2  years,

In CardinalAlum's case, this is only true for those who are over 90 years old.   Their eyesight is such that they can't see him and their hearing is gone so that they can't hear his "pearls of perceived wisdom".

Well, not real close, but my mom turned 90 5 days ago.  Unfortunately (for CardinalAlum!) her eyesight and hearing are still excellent!

One of my co-workers coaches at RPI it doesn't sound like they are excited to be in the Mount Union bracket this year.

My 20th HS reunion is next year.  I hope they play Motley Crue at the party.

Having made that brutal trip as a player...I can assure you that i will not be attending. 

Unfortunately (sort of) I won't be able to attend either.  I will be at Gately Stadium at noon on Saturday coaching against the Caravan.  Hopefully we will see 2 big victories this Saturday!
