looks like wheaton is changing offensive line coach again. The new guy is gone after just one season. after losing most of their qb's to injuries and giving up 36 sacks I can't say I disagree.

Usee... I just heard this myself.  Once it is official who the replacement is, I'll share with the rest, but Wheaton fans should be very hopeful for the OLine returning to form and controlling the line of scrimmage like in past championship seasons.  I look at the OLine as the #1 reason (outside of injuries) for the stumble at the end of the year.

Even more important is Wheaton will have a viable stud running back in Rocky Gingg.  I didn't know he was a state championship wrestler in Arizona, on top of being an All-State RB.  That explains why he runs so tough.  I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do when given a majority of carries behind a typically well coached OLine.

I'm looking forward to the name being officially revealed.  Hopefully it will be someone who returns the line to past form.

As far as Rocky Gingg, I was impressed with how he ran.  Definitely a power runner, that can become more of a slasher in the open field.

Any rumblings on the Zack Ulrich situation?  In the middle of last season, there were rumblings that he might be seeking clearance to play again.

That's not going to happen. besides having finished his eligibility I doubt doctors would give him clearance, clarence.

I was wondering the same thing when I saw the A&F story linked on Drudge yesterday, complete with the offending pic of three guys shown from the rear pulling up (or down) their pants, but I had a fleeting moment of decorum and refrained from pulling the trigger in this room. Now that Mugsy's gone and mentioned it, I feel totally vindicated. :D

Glad to help.  I have no problem making fun of it, because to me it is more of a reflection on the individual and not the school he previously attended.

Rumack: Captain, how soon can you land?
Captain Oveur: I can't tell.
Rumack: You can tell me. I'm a doctor.
Captain Oveur: No. I mean I'm just not sure.
Rumack: Well, can't you take a guess?
Captain Oveur: Well, not for another two hours.
Rumack: You can't take a guess for another two hours?

As an occassional observer of the postings I have also noticed the lack of millikin support so i figured I would bring back the love for decatur. Go Big Blue.

A Millikin poster!  I had thought they were extinct!  Welcome aboard, and kudos for busting on to the scene with such an excellent movie quote.
