After the TD, Augie lined up for two.  NCC wasn't ready and was forced to burn a time out.  Augie scored anyways.  Lets hope that doesn't come back to haunt NCC.

Heard that NCC Coach Thorne indicated earlier today that Fanthorpe's suspected case of mono was a "misdiagnosis." No word on what the correct diagnosis was but, he has recovered to the point where he has 80 yards rushing in the 1st 3/4s of today's game, including 2 TDs rushing + 2 TD passes.  

Get the name of THAT "doctor!"

Both teams have 200+ yrds of rushing with a ton of time left in the 3rd Quarter.  20-25 mph winds on the field.

Cards have just had two key penalties on this last drive.  An illegal block on the kick return that cost them 19 yrds and key false start on 3rd and 5...that resulted in NCC having to punt.
