I am encouraged by this news given its source. Hopefully it will be just as accurate as your previous posts.

It's funny that you call my last posts inaccurate.  How many picks would you expect a preseason AA to get?  Not including the regular season he had 2, one of which was thrown directly to him.  That is not the type of season that I would expect from an AA.  Yes the past couple of playoff games he has had good games but that does not erase the fact that he has not played particularly well throughout the year.  If you attended as many home games as I did this year, then you should be able to see what I am saying.

And if Gingg does play tomorrow, it will not only be a surprise to me but also the Wheaton staff who deemed him unfit to play.  But Mr. Wahoo, if you really think he'll play put your money where your mouth.

Here's my own personal bit of (online) support for Wheaton tomorrow... let's Go Thunder! I'm hoping for a clean, injury-free, hard-fought battle to the end. The boys have what it takes... let's see if they put it on the field in 11 hours!

For the next 24 hours I'm officially wally_wheatie.  Go Thunder....no disrespect to Mount Union (in fact this is probably the biggest sign of respect the D3 community can give) but everybody who isn't a MUC fan is rooting for Wheaton tomorrow.  I'm one of them.  Go get 'em Thunder.

Apparently he has enjoyed having redman04 as his daddy for the past year and he is fearing being an orphan.

I'm sorry. You are right. I should have figured this out since our humble friends over on the OAC board have been so graciously pointing this out all week: Statistics are NEVER misleading. Of all the games I have seen Mr. Ittersagen play he has never once made a difference when he didn't have an interception or score a special teams touchdown.

In all seriousness, Good luck to the Thunder today. I know that whoever steps out on that field today for Wheaton will leave everything they have out there and they will make us proud. I cannot keep myself from believing that if they play hard and play within themselves they have a chance to do what no one thinks they can. Just remember this:

"If you put your effort and concentration into playing to your potential, to be the best that you can be, I don't care what the scoreboard says at the end of the game, in my book we're gonna be winners."

ITs funny that one would talk about ittersagen not having a great year, yet his NFL stock is currently rising.  He will be in an all star game, he may get an invite to the combine, and he does not know this, but he is being moved to the #1 small school prospect by sports illustrated coming out soon....
  as far as him getting burned? wheaton plays cover 2 most of the time where he will press a receiver and give the outside away releasing his "man" to the safety over the top... its called a zone.

The very best of luck to the Thunder today!  The Warhawks proved last year that, despite the 07 Raiders, "being the best team ever," they were beatable! Any given day............the Thunder's gotta believe!  Would love to see a Stagg Bowl full of W's!!!

Go Wheaton!  I just want to see a mistake free, high intensity game that the Thunder can come out of saying that they gave it their best shot and left it all on the field.  Let the results be whatever they'll be.
