I have heard that a former Naperville North QB currently playing at the 1AA level is transferring to NCC. Any Cardinals know anything about this?

:-X

Is that a Yes? :D

Amen, NT! Hey, how's it going? I haven't posted in a while. But, I've been keeping up with  reading the posts. That's something about coach Wienke, huh? I hope it won't effect the Cards as I think it will. He will be missed! Heck, I know most of the fans will miss watching him on the sidelines!

Can't anyone divulge the name of the NN qb who is allegedly transferring to NCC?

I have heard NOTHING on this at all aside from what I have read right here on this board, but the only NN qb that I can think of who is playing at the DIAA level is Jordan Tassio, who is currently at Western IL.  As DVC fans may remember he had a pretty stellar game in the state championship vs. my GBN Panthers (grumble grumble), but as I understand from a little internet research that I did, he has been playing on the defensive side of the ball since reaching the collegiate level.  He redshirted his freshman year, but was named defensive scout player of the year.  If Ponx is the one talking to him, (this would only make sense since he is the recruiting coordinator) my money would be on the fact that he'd stay on the defensive side of the ball were he to transfer in, as Ponx is the new defensive coordinator.  Of course, this is all just speculation on my part, I could be WAAAAY off.

Elmhurst will be traveling to Europe during the off season.  second time going overseas to play/travel.
I think this will help Furco.  He showed some great strides as a true freshman,  and the reps during the game should help get him and the offense more experience leading into the Summer workouts.

Thank you Mugsy,

Yes,  Mrs. 79 Jay gave birth to our first child
Emma Joan
7 lbs 8 oz. born 6:59am on 3/14/10   20 1/2" long at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital
17 hours of labor  Mom and baby are both doing well.  Expected to leave the hospital on Wednesday (C-Section)

We feel very blessed to have a new addition.  All she is missing from her baby photos is an Elmhurst cheerleader outfit. ;D

Hope the good Lord blesses you all the same way he graced us over the weekend.
