Along the airwaves... you can hear the Elmhurst/Chicago game on www.wrse.com  or 88.7FM on the radio dial.  I look forward to an exciting game between two improving teams.  Couple streaks on the line.
Chicago has won 6 straight games
Have limited their opponents to under 10 pts. in their last 6 games.
Elmhurst has won 3 of 4 over Chicago  and the last 3 games.
Elmhurst has won 11 straight non-conference games.  Last loss in non-conf.  2002 Chicago 46-40 at Elmhurst.  oooh!   I hope that doesn't have deja vu tomorrow!
I still think Elmhurst's defense is going to win this game in the 4th quarter with some strong penetration in the Maroon backfield.

I used to work in McHenry, IL and know about the Fox Valley Conference.  You have the gators (CL South), Tigers (CL Central), Prairie Ridge (Wolves?), all within arms reach of each other.  Then you have the split up McHenry's (warriors), going south on Rte. 31 you have Jacobs in Algonquin, Dundee-Crown, etc.  all in all,  you have some great high schools all within a congested area.  I can see how prep football can be feast or famine in that region.
