Thanks, Skunk for clarifying but the kid is coaching at Wheaton but played at Mount so I suppose I have a little different perspective than most. I'll try to clarify that perspective with a couple of pops on Friday night.

I didn't even know this... wow.

All WC folks traveling to Alliance are cordially invited to attend a little get together of Mount/D-III fans on Friday night.

Location - Wing Warehouse (used to be the old "Brenda's)

Address - State Street about two blocks from the stadium

Just noticed that Wisc-Platteville has it's 2010 football schedule out and Wheaton has replaced Augustana in the 3rd week of the season.  Does anyone know why this series will end after 14 years of playing each other???  It seemed like a great series and was always well attended by both teams fans,  both in Platteville under the lights and in Rock Island.  While Augie has an 8-4 edge (9-4 if you count the game cancelled with the Vikes up due to lightning) the games were always exciting and rarely blow outs.  However, it appears next September's game in Rock Island will be the last b/w these two.  Can anyone shed some light on this?  Who will Augie be replacing Platteville with in 2010???

Hey, Skunks I'll tell all the secrets I can--trust me my kid sure is--and I don't even have to be bribed.

Secret #1:  TACKLE NATE KMIC

Secret #2:  repeat #1 as necessary
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

Tackle Nate. Sack Micheli. Block. Hustle. No mistakes. There, all my secrets are out there. The real secret is putting it all together every play.

The Roop

Just put 8 or 9 in the box and hope the secondary can cover if they go long. If successful Mt. Union is now one dimensional. I have Wheaton in my bracket this far but no farther. I still hope they win however.
