You can review the coaches on-line chat at:

Thanks for the link.  I wasnt able to participate live but thought it was kind of neat that it was done and we are able to review it.    I wonder if the older coaches in the conference had their Grad Assistant typing for them :)

Article in Miami Herald about Pete Ittersagen.  While it is still a long shot for him to make the team or practice squad, it sounds like he is making the best of the opportunity and is making an impression on teammates and the coaches.

I particularly like the description of the haircut he was given.  I wish they had a picture to accompany it.  I also liked the nickname he has been given - "Ice".

Kansas City Chiefs released their first depth chart and Studebaker is listed as 2nd team OLB behind former NE star Mike Vrabel.

He should be getting some good pointers from a couple of future HOF's-  Vrabel and Z Thomas.  It looks like they are loaded at LB with Johnson and Hali as well.

Ittersagen is in a different situation as an undrafted rookie.   He is playing well, but there are alot of guys in front of him and its a numbers game.....the Bears are a little light at corner, arent they?

Actually it might be more aptly described as "the Bears are a little loose at corner right now."  From the sounds of it, they will be challenged to cover anyone this year.

Give it another week or so once camps have started.  Historically it picks up very quick.

Anyone know when I pick up that 4th star?   I know it has nothing to do with quality of posts as Cardalum is an all region.  ;D

Its like the professional sports All-Star games...making All-Region isn't about your level of play (post quality), it's about the number of votes you get (post number).

In this case, I think it's 1000.
You win! You always do!

"The odds are against me.... but, I'm going to do everything I can to make this team."

Love the attitude.  Keep it up #40.

I was just jabbing at you a little CardAlum..I didnt get a chance to do it at the Quarterback Club outing.

Goulet, 1000 may be for All Region, But Raiderguy is All-Conference (4 stars) and he has only 878 posts..
I guess I will just have to wait and see.

Speaking of that,  How many W's do you see North Park getting this year?
I would like to see them get a win against a CCIW opponent..anybody but North Central.
It would be pretty nice for them though, and one win may even help with recruiting as small as that sounds.

I'll bet Ittersagen makes the PS this season.  He has had a good camp thus far.

Studebaker had a nice special teams tackle tonight as well as a sack.
