Thanks all for the advice on parking and tailgating location.  Behind the stands seemed like the perfect spot until reminded of the looming snow storm.

Wags- I appreciate your enthusiasm.  Truth be told, I wish our teams were on opposite sides of the bracket and could meet in Salem.  Of course, based on recent history, we'd still be talking about snow.

OK, wait.....I am confused but that is pretty easy to do these days.  So......... we can set up next to the stadium in a grassy knoll behind the visitors stands but that is limited space OR we get relegated to the top of a parking garage about a block away.  Is that right?  Just need to have it decided as we Warhawks want to cluster together in the same place for warmth and strength in numbers. Can't have you Cardinal fans, "dividing and conquering us."   ;) If we opted for the parking garage, along which streets is that and will there be the girls athletics teams taking money and directing us where to go?   ;D  (tongue in cheek smiley)

The parking garage is located just to the north of building #37 on the campus map.  And we'll let you park there for free!  If you want to find someone who will "tell you where to go" then just walk into the middle of the Cardinals' tailgate and talk some trash while wearing purple!  ;)

Has anyone actually heard that NCC is going to open up the area between the visitors' stands and the river?   That area isn't always accessible on game days, so the parking garage is probably your best bet.

fbf413,

Your best bet is the parking lot/garage.(its only one level so its not really a garage) The past two weeks there has been campus safety only letting NCC fans down to the lower parking lot/lower garage level. So my guess is that you probably wont be able to get to the area next to the field as well.  The lot/garage is located on Highland ave. between Loomis and Brainard.

Well keeping with THE Reade reference:

IF NCC can pull the W v. WW..the CCIW will again rank with the top conferences...

Whew, that was a lot of Ws.........

Thank you both for the coodinance!  I always say that if there is a way to to get lost, I will find it but you two have helped avert that tragedy.  Thank you very much.  Now that we have a set location to set up base camp, I can set about rallying the troops.  Feel free to stop by enemy lines for a brew.  :-*
     GO WARHAWKS! ;)

As I understand it, school is out for Christmas break.  Do you think the lots will still be plowed?  Especially the student lot at building 37 And early?

I would imagine so. Even though school is out there are still activities going on at the fieldhouse (basketball, etc).

Until they went from 0-4 to beating ranked Manchester, NCC was starting to wonder the same thing! ;)

I hear there's some football going on, too.  :D
I assume the snow crews will be out early, if necessary, because NCC very much wants to be a good host (off the field).
