Tebow may be going to the Pack. Noooooooo, c"mon Bears you NEED a quality back-up!
I don't think Tebow will go anywhere.  You can't bank on a 100% healthy Manning.  Plus, who knows how many more years he will play?  Who better to teach young Tebow than the greatest ever to play the position.  If Denver keeps Tebow and Tebow learns from Manning, Denver could be set at QB for a very long time.

As for the Bears, overshadowed by the Brandon Marshall aquisition was the fact that they also signed Jason Cambell, formerly of the Redskins and Raiders, who I believe to be a serviacble backup.
Serviceable is the same old, same old. According to the news reports, several broadcasters think Tebow will be traded. We'll find out soon enough.
Good call.  I was way off on that one.

Well, the greatest ever to play the position died a decade ago, and the second-greatest appears to be too busy in retirement breeding horses and making wine in Sonoma County to help teach Tebow. So I guess that Peyton Manning will do. ;)

New coaching hire at NPU. Looks like Scott Pethtel was able to find a guy with D3 experience who has familiarity with the option offense.
Should be good for NP.

I hope so. I can't imagine that there are a lot of option coaches out there who have as extensive a resume as Nate Cochran (including collegiate head coaching experience), so my first impression -- without having actually met him -- is that he's a great hire for NPU.

Even better is the fact that your QB will only be a junior next year.

BTW, that Wheaton team building night looks like a lot of fun. Do all players go on a mission trip?

Not all, but an overwhelming majority do.  I don't have the exact number for this year, but I would guess between 50-75 players went on the various trips.  Along with numerous alum...

That's a lot of players and it is great that they do it. Having the alums is pretty cool as well. That video was too funny! North Central has a small FCA group in South Carolina and there are probably some other service trips as well.

Haha, I think Unitas and Montana are both top 5, but I still prefer Manning.

And if I remember correctly, there were football players who went with other oranizations on service trips as well. I think it"s a great experience and good for the players to give back.
