Have a good Saturday night, Kingslayers.

Exactly.   And don't pull a Rowan and piss down your leg next Saturday thinking you've already won the title.

Congrats to NCC.  Excellent showing!
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

Congratulations to Wheaton and especially to North Central on advancing! It's great to see 2 CCIW teams standing among the final 8.

Congrats to NCC. What a great offense! Rutter had the arm strength, accuracy and poise to score on anyone. Their Oline doesn't let someone touch the running back for 2-3 yards. Play some defense and the Stagg could be yours! Good luck and don't let your season end.

Great showing by NCC!  It was an entertaining game to watch and Rutter was special.  Good luck next week and keep it rolling.

Stagg Again!!

Thank you for that advice coach... boys have to keep their focus against a very good Del Val team.

Congrats to NCC on a great victory over a team that doesn't lose very often. You were  the better team today for a whole bunch of reasons.
Tweak up the defense a bit and you're in the Stagg Bowl - maybe winning it all!
I'm happy for you  ;D , not so happy for me  😥.
I'm old! I get mixed up and I forget things! Go Everybody! 🏈 ☠

The MU announcers, especially early in the game, were talking about Rutter like he was an apprentice caddy to their QB. 🃏

So, ignorant question, but I'm not much into D3 outside the general Midwest area...

But now I find myself watching a game in California for..reasons.

Which team should I want to win in prep for next week for Wheaton?

Wouldn't mind seeing Chapman win to have to come and play in cold weather next week. Saint Johns is from Minnesota so the weather would be a wash. All teams are solid at this point and I admittedly know little about Chapman overall. Saw a Johnnies fan say that Saint Johns has a cakewalk to the semifinal last week on the boards so I wouldn't mind Wheaton putting a pounding on them next week either

Who said that?? I don't think any SJU regular poster is looking past Chapman and especially not Wheaton.

Congratulations to NCC and Wheaton, great showing for the teams and the conference.

I'm still tense from the NCC - Mt game, unreal. 1,400 yards of offense.

Mr. Ypsi

I'm dreaming of an all CCIW Stagg Bowl!  While it remains unlikely, NCC got by the biggest obstacle today! ;D

And a shout-out to the D3football.com poll voters - if SJU prevails, the LOWEST ranked team in the final 8 would be 9th!

Just tried to go back and find it but I don't remember when the comment was made. I also could have misread it 🤷🏼‍♂️ Either game next week is challenging for Wheaton of course!

Wheaton is the most complete team IMO. And that's not meant as a knock on SJU, NCC, etc.

MUC, if it makes you feel any better, my father was all conference for NCC in the 70s, so the family is pretty excited right now!
Anyone have any thoughts on who will host next week? I've got to think North Central will

Congrats to both Wheaton and, especially, NCC!  I think most people knew that Wheaton would have an easy win against Central, but NCC winning at MUC was one heck of an accomplishment.  Keep it going next week!  Would love to see 2 CCIW teams in the final four and possibly playing each other for the walnut and bronze!
