I'm in complete awe. Well done, boys! And 6 years to the day after the Mount Semi. Almost poetic!

Amazing where NCC has come from. When I got there in 00 the football team was an embarrassment.

I was planning on making the 2.5 hr drive to Shenandoah if they made it but didn't realize it was on a a Friday night smh. Looks like I'll be watching on tv!
You win! You always do!

Wow. What a performance! "Don't stop now, boys!" Go get 'me in Texas and bring back the title!

This will be the first time in 33 years that a CCIW team has been to the Stagg Bowl. You have to go all the way back to Augustana's last title in '86 to find a CCIW team in the Stagg Bowl.

The CCIW is a very strong D3 sports league across the board, and there are are very few sports in which the CCIW has had this long of a championship-game or -match drought. The irony is that the CCIW is generally considered to be a very good football conference within the D3 ranks.

Stagg should be a good one, assuming NCC can protect Rutter better than SJU protected Erdmann.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

Yes, this reminds me a lot of the UMU 2013 and 2014 matchups against UWW. They were both incredibly explosive offenses that were slowed down by incredibly good UWW defenses (specifically their D-lines) I'm curious to see if NCC's offensive line can deal with a bigger and better dline than they've dealt with all year.

Wheaton's D-line is the best unit NCC has seen all year, better than UWW's. But I'm sure the Warhawks will present their own  unique challenges.

I agree. UWW is more talented than they have been playing.  They need to open up their offense more.  It seems as they have been holding the offense back since  Leipold left.

Wheaton was the best defensive line NCC saw all year.  It will be interesting to see how the two compare.

Congrats to UWW! I love that to win the Stagg my Cards have to go through both Mount and UWW.
