If the players were doing what I was told I am also disappointed with them and upset, it was just something I heard, so I can't say it is true or false, just that it was out there. I understand how great your defense played that game and I don't think the play calling made much of difference. It was a tough grind it out ball game, and we got lucky off of Wheaton mistakes, but like you said earlier game is long over, so should be the debate over what happened in the 2nd half.

Lets go out and beat Mount. Go Augie!!! Hopefully this is a close game and not the blowout that some seem to think it will be. I for one am disappointed to not be there, but wish the best for both teams.

Hope this isn't the "coming out" party for MUC's freshman RB.  So far he seems like he's doing well.... too well.

augie methodically moves downfield to the muc 25, converting 2 4th downs, where the 1st duck thrown is an int. muc ball.

Make them stop your running game first - make them doubt they can stop you.  

Poor choice of play calling for a team (and I do mean for an Augie team) that doesn't pass well.

If you can make the defense worry about stopping the running play on 3rd and 4 you've got the Wing-T working the way it's supposed to.

That first drive was looking very promising.
