There is a lot of purple in these playoffs...  MUC, Augie, Linfield, Capital, UMHB... just that I am aware of at this moment.
And somewhere, there is the purple-helmeted warrior of love!
No...  I didn't say that.  It must be the Budweiser talking.  (Reality) Check please!!!

long pass by cap across midfield is complete. this ones over. big cajoles to make that play in this situation.

Augie is Blue and Gold.

Actually Augie is Blue and Gold, not purple. We share the NFL name, but not the colors.

Congrats to MUC on a dominant win. Someone at the game told me Augie moved the ball well (MUC D was permeable) but they couldn't finish. MUC was seemingly the Chicago Bears today (let them move down the field but one you get far enough the drive is over).

Two very tough and impressive road wins by the Crusaders - what are their chances in Alliance...

Oh yeah and the outragous number of turnovers didn't help either.

MUC beat us at our own game, 350+ rushing by their RB. Nice game Raiders.

Hobart Hail Mary coming up - 5 seconds from the 19 yard line.

No good - Del Valley moves on.

Congrats to Augustana on a fine season.  There were some very outstanding players on your team, and I felt that they showed a lot of class, playing hard until the very end.

Hope to see you next year.
Reloading--Again, and again, and again....

Augustana team and fans are a class act.  Great team and following..The longer the game went on, the better Mount's D seemed to get. And Augie just isn't a catch up team...
They were busting their humps down 44-7 with seconds remaining...and their fans were on their feet supporting them...You must respect this...

And the kid is only a freshman, in his 3rd start.

Good effort Augie, just not enough horses today.

Congrats to Augie on a great season.  Well beyond most people's expectations.  Congrats to MUC.  I have fond memories of playing against them in 85 and 86, and not just because we were able to beat them back then.  They were a class group of people then and, based on the posts/comments from the MUC faithful, they continue to be.  Good luck through the remainder of the playoffs.  Bring the championship back to the North Region.
